All the sites you're interested in are on your doorstep. Sncf station, tram, Intermarché, restaurants downtown are less than 500 m away. The accommodation is in a residential and quiet area, you can share the common areas with another guest, or me(rarely), I am mostly on the ground floor. If necessary, I'm listening to you. In winter there is an additional charge of 2 e per day for energy. I ask you to turn off the heating in the morning

It's a big room . In a large apartment . For A person ideal to rest in peace . You will have access to an equipped kitchen overlooking the quiet garden. From this place It's all about walking. Parking is free in the area. Train station , tram shops less than 500 m away. Think about slippers. Shoes are left on the hallway on the ground floor. It is requested to please take out your garbage , do the dishes, leave the linens on the landing. In winter, it is requested to close the windows and turn on the heaters to no more than 18 maximum. And above all, close the windows as well. Turn off the heater completely upon checkout. Thank you for your understanding. (I'll make sure these guidelines are applied) .

Shoes stay on the ground floor. Plan the slippers… a small roussel jack may be present ( rarely ) in the garden . It's pretty calm and funny.

Garbage must be taken out ( trash on the sidewalk). Dishes put away after meals, electric hobs cleaned, turn off the heater when you leave the listing. Turn it back on ( I'll make sure ). Given the price of energy!!! On the day of departure, turn off the heater
