All space you need, on a new apartment, located on a quiet and residential neighborhood. Excellent location to visit all Paris main attractions ( only 15 mins away in metro, from the Eiffel Tower, and Central Paris). Also great emphasis on giving you an apartment with all services needed ( coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, wifi 5g, Netflix and more), especially making sure the most clean and proper place you will find in the city!

The room is in Boulogne, very close to the Jean Jaures metro station (Line 10). Therefore, both the Roland Garros stadium and the Parc des princes are easily accessible by foot.
The room is located on the first floor in an elegant building built in 1998. The building is both very quiet but very close to all shops.

The room includes 2 beds (new Emma brand mattresses) which can be joined or separated.
the room includes also an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub (with shower head and a shower screen). A large closet, a chest of drawers, a large desk with 2 armchairs complete the furnitures.

A portable air conditioning system is available as well as a big fan.
Possibility to have breakfast in the kitchen (15 euros per day per person). The kitchen opens onto a lovely terrace (available for breakfast and relaxation).
