F2 on the garden level of my house. Totally independent, private access, outdoor patio (5 m2 smoking area). 15 min walk to the city center. Direct access to walks /hikes. Proximity to the train station 10 minutes served by the transurbain or proposal to transport guests if necessary depending on availability Possible welcome or keys available . Lighted access without stairs or steps. Street parking in front of the house most often .
The space
i welcome animals with pleasure. Guests are responsible for their pets. The dog's bed is to be provided, bed and sofa are not allowed. Pets cannot stay without the supervision of the owners. Extra cleaning fees, or damages are the responsibility of the owners. Thank you for your understanding.

The space
On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m x 1.90 m bed and the other with a 1.80 m x 2 m bed.
There is also a workspace on the 1st floor between the two bedrooms.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, small shower room, living room with dining table, another sofa and a nice pellet stove for the winter. You have a TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi (fiber).
Parking is always free on a quiet street for local residents directly in front of the house.
