Thomas was very accommodating and allowed us in the apartment before the normal check in which was very must appreciated after an early start. However a couple of days after we left we had a nasty shock when Thomas told us he was deducting a quarter of our deposit to clean a rug and for a complete set of expensive cutlery. We know we didn’t spill anything on the rug or lose any cutlery (2 coffee spoons, 1 dessert spoon and 1 knife). We self cater a lot and this is the first time we have ever had a problem. So if you want to stay here, make sure you take lots of before and after photos and check everything very carefully!"
