Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation. This garden outbuilding is located at the end of a dead end which locates you 10 minutes from the station while being quiet and at the sound of birdsong. A possibility of installing a cot provided by the owners (as well as all childcare equipment).
The outbuilding is located at the beginning of the garden of our house where we live with our two children.

The space
The outbuilding has a large bed and a small bathroom. It is possible to add a cot on request. It is located in our garden in a great calm. Very pleasant to rest after a day at the beach with the basic equipment for a cocooning moment: television, cups, glasses, plaid, microwave.

Guest access
You will have access to the outbuilding directly at the entrance to the garden. If possible, you can take advantage of our garden furniture to relax.

Charming little house, on hillside, 2 steps from the city center, in one of the famous stairs connecting lower town and upper town.
Quiet assured.

On foot, you are 10 minutes from the neighborhood rebuilt by the famous architect A. Perret and 15 minutes from the beach. Immediate proximity to public transport.

The space
Small house completely renovated.
Independent access from rue du Grand Escalier.
It is, as its name suggests, a real staircase connecting lower town and upper town. As a result, the accommodation is not particularly suitable for people with reduced mobility.

You will find on the ground floor:
- the main room (20m2), equipped with a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), a sofa/"bed" (real mattress) of 190x70 and a dining area all giving access to the terrace.
- the adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet, separated from the living room by a curtain.

On the mezzanine: the room equipped with a large double bed (160x200).

Finally, you can enjoy a large wooden terrace equipped with a hammock, tables, chairs and deckchairs on which you will perhaps meet our cat "Hermione" who likes to bask in the sun.

Let me attract again the attention of those who might be bothered by the access via a real staircase with real steps as well as the living room/shower room that consists of a curtain, the goal being for you to have the best possible stay here or elsewhere. Welcome to "adventurers" ;)

Other things to note
Le Havre, a city rebuilt after the war, whose city center is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is located in the heart of the estuary of the Seine whose light inspired so many impressionist painters. Museums and architecture deserve more than a detour.
Le Havre is also a good starting point to visit the Emerald Coast: Etretat, Honfleur, Deauville/Trouville, Cabourg.

In less than 5/10 minutes you will have access to all the restaurants in the St François district, the docks that also offer bars and restaurants as well as the whole historical and cultural center of Le Havre (Volcan - St Joseph - Hôtel de ville - Halles centrale)
