The space
Located in the courtyard of the main house, it is the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet and enjoy the shops and entertainment of the Paramé district.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It is completely independent, no interior space is shared and it has a private entrance. It faces west and looks directly onto the landscaped garden. The garden is shared with the other occupants of the main house (rarely present during the rental period). The garden is secured by a high fence. You can park your bikes or scooters safely.

The accommodation is very central, and allows you quick access to the cinema, the Thermes Marins, Cancale, Dinard, Mont-Saint-Michel etc.
In less than an hour's walk you can take a pleasant walk along the beach to reach the old town and the basins hosting sailboats and rigging.

Free parking is available right in front of the house. 250 m from the Paramé Town Hall bus stop serving St Malo and its surroundings.

The market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Leclerc center is 1.5 km from the accommodation, a small Vival supermarket is located 200 meters away.

Wi-Fi is available, but not always of very good quality. 4G is efficient and often sufficient.
