The bedroom is large enough to hold a double bed, a small DIY desk, a wardrobe and a TV with chromecast. Quiet and well located place to get into town 10 minutes by bus. About 15 minutes from the train station. On foot you can go to the email to enjoy the many terraces in summer. Parking is free in the area.

The space
The house is very quiet, guests can still come and go without scheduling constraints, not making too much noise. The house is old (1937), the entrance is through the garage (transformed into a laundry room on one side, bike garage on the other side) which can be confusing. If you like the new one, prefer another rental (or hotel). There are no state-of-the-art robes to store everything. Not suitable for infants, young children or people who have difficulty with the stairs. Do not hesitate to ask any questions before booking to avoid any disappointments.

Guest access
I don't have a living room because the room is being redeveloped. Guests have access to the '70s kitchen and bathroom. A strange configuration of the place requires us to go through the garage (without a car but with bicycles and DIY equipment) to access the first floor. There are too many stairs to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility unfortunately.

Other things to note
The house is old and the kitchen quite kitsch (from the '70s). If you prefer modern and new places, you will be disappointed. My tenants work mostly and have what they expect: comfortable and clean bedding, quiet, a desk, and wifi fast enough. The bathroom is shared, but of course locked.
