Welcome to our home! We’re offering sunny, spacious and cosy private room located in Dinan centre, only a 3 minute-walk to the medieval town and ideally-positioned for visiting nearby Dinard, St Malo,Rennes and Mont St. Michel. Dinan is a medieval town with a relaxing atmosphere. It has city walls (donjon, towers and doors from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries), medieval streets (Rue du Jerzual) and charming plazzas: Du Guesclin plazza and Du Champs plazza famous for its glass facades from the 18th century. Once a fortress for the ducs de Bretagne, Dinan is one of the best-preserved and prettiest towns in Brittany.

We have two 17 sq m bedroom incl en suite (shower/ bath, toilets, towel dryer, sink) with a TV and wireless internet. Towels and fresh linen provided. Baby cot, babychair are available. Breakfast is included. The house has a big garden overlooking the ramparts and is located in the city centre, just outside the city walls. 3 mins walk to the medieval town. You will be able to park your car in the garden.
Note that blue room (Pavillon Gaudel bleu) on top floor offers option to get your own fully equiped kitchen to prepare yourself diner in case you prefer this option rather than eating outside in numerous Dinan restaurants...

The space
The bed and breakfast is fully privatized. You have your own separate bathroom and toilet separated from the bathroom. You have at your disposal a reception room for breakfasts (included in the price) close to an artist's studio and exhibition gallery.
We have a large garden where part of it is dedicated to you to enjoy sunshine during breakfast.
A space dedicated to the two bed and breakfasts with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are at your disposal if needed.

Guest access
You have access to an outdoor space inside the property that is dedicated to hosts.
Possibility to park bikes and motorcycles within our garden (locked gate)
To park your car, we know of free locations in the city or underground parking tips all around the city, don't hesitate to ask me!
