We enjoyed mornings runs along the ocean, beautiful. Our preferred beach was la plage des chevrets (guimaurais). The beach is within walking distance but there are no facilities at the beach such as a café or restaurant. Although not a major problem all beds, with the exception of one room, are very low which made it difficult for my father to get out of bed easily. The dryer is not working at all, we were obliged to run 5 cycles before the linen was dry. A major problem is the internet connection which is very slow, wifi is almost impossible to use! My son had planned to do teleworking for a few days but it turned out impossible by using the wifi or direct connecting to the box.
