Vous profiterez d’un jardin arboré de 200m² et d’une belle terrasse autour de la piscine, d’un barbecue, de mobiliers de jardin et d’un grand parasol, ainsi que d’un patio au centre de la maison idéal pour y prendre les petits déjeuners. Le quartier est très calme et arboré, à l’abri du son perpétuel de la ville… mais pas de celui du chant des oiseaux.

La maison comprend un garage, avec la possibilité de stationner un second véhicule dans le chemin.
A étudier le cas échéant : nous pouvons mettre à disposition deux véhicules de 5 à 7 places (forfait supplémentaire), afin de vous évader en direction de la côte (de nombreuses plages à environ ¾ d’heures de route), vers le Marais Breton et la magnifique ile de Noirmoutier, vers les côtes bretonnes et l’escale incontournable de la Roche-Bernard, ou bien encore vers les somptueux Châteaux de la Loire en s’immisçant dans les terres (Angers / Tour / Blois / Orléans).

La maison est adaptée pour recevoir 6 couples au maximum, chacune des six chambres disposant de sa propre salle de bain et d’un grand lit double de 1.60m x 2.00m. L’une des chambres, munie en plus d’un petit salon, permet d’accueillir un adulte ou 2 enfants supplémentaires (canapé lit Ch2).

L’intérieur de notre maison est agréable, sobre et contemporain (décoration, éclairage, mobilier), avec 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée et 4 chambres à l'étage. Elle comprend des marches et n’est donc pas, ou peu, adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

La maison dispose d’une belle pièce à vivre et de six chambres, toutes avec pièce d’eau privative, dont une suite parentale de 30 m² comprenant une chambre avec vue sur piscine, un dressing et une salle de bain avec double vasques, belles douche à l’italienne et baignoire contemporaine.
La pièce principale d'environ 100m² comprend plusieurs sous-espaces à vivre : un grand salon sur jardin et piscine (grands canapés / poêle / TV), un espace repas de 8 places (pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes avec rallonge), une cuisine centrale ouverte ultra-fonctionnelle en liaison avec le patio et le salon comprenant une table/bar 6 places et tout l’électroménager nécessaire, une pièce home cinéma pour 6 à 10 personnes (TV ou PlayStation sur grand écran de 3m).

Toutes les baies vitrées de la pièce de vie sont à galandage, donc invisibles une fois ouvertes (il ne reste que le trou dans le mur), la plus grande mesurant 4.20m de large.
En période de beau temps, ouvrez toutes les baies vitrées et profitez au mieux des espaces offerts en brisant la frontière du dedans-dehors, détendez-vous au calme du patio ou amusez-vous autour de la piscine.

Vous apprécierez à environ 5mn de marche la proximité de tous les commerces de la place Zola (banques / tabac presse / cafés / Intermarché / Picard / bricolage / services etc..), sans oublier le marché bien achalandé du jeudi matin, à ne pas louper.
Vous serez également à 10mn de l'ultra-centre grâce au tramway situé à 5mn de marche de la maison. Les machines de l'ile sont à 3 arrêts, l’hyper centre aux arrêts suivants (Ile de Nantes et ses machines – berceau de « Royal de luxe » , place Royale et place du Commerce, Passage Pommeraye, Musée Dobrée, Théâtre Graslin, Quartier piétons Bouffay, Château des Ducs de Bretagne, Cathédrale, Usine Lu, nouvelle gare SCNF… ne partez surtout pas de Nantes sans avoir vu tout ça… et la liste n’est pas exhaustive !)
