I did not know where to go for care, but the woman on duty at the time (I redact her name for privacy) put me in a chair in the lobby, brought me water, and called the paramedics and police on my behalf, keeping me apprised of where they were and what to expect when they arrived. She went well above and beyond just a duty of care, and I cannot say enough about my gratitude. I recommend this hotel unreservedly, and if i am ever able to return to Nantes, this is where I will stay. "

Our rooms amenities were very limited and even though we were booked for 4 days they gave us 2 coffee pods for the machine.... which only took this specific type of pod and when we asked for more there was a charge and depending on the dah and who you asked the price varied from 1 euro to 3 euros per pod.... which i argued with staff on this Then the last day there was no coffee and the person at the desk told us there was free coffee in the restaurant area.... which was quite annoying. Also they should specify self catered for the rooms with kitchenette because this was not stated at all And if you want air in the room you have to borrow and alan key from front desk. And ac does not work dont expect much. The bed was comfortable. Which was great And the hotel was close to tram and bus station which was good. Also close enough to hotel"

- "👍" - "Location was great for our purposes - an easy walk for our kids to Les Machines de l'Ile - and was very close to the tram, as well. Very basic accommodations - but if the price is right, and your purpose is to see the Machines, then this is a good choice. Check-in was a little lengthy, due to volume. Only real issue was the bathroom, which needed some maintenance due to water issues. I didn't reflect this in the rating as: (1) I'm going to assume it was specific to our unit; and (2) I raised it with management, who seemed to take it seriously and responded with a small goodwill gesture."
