Dirty sponge in kitchen smelled very moldy. Cabinets had opened food from prior victors. Entry to unit is unattractive (dirty). Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided but did receive more when called agency. Agency was not helpful with mold and mildew complaints - kept telling us to call host who never responded."
