The space
On 45m², you have a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave/oven, dishwasher, induction stove, dolce gusto) and a fitted bedroom with a large bed (160x190) or 2 small beds (80x190). Sheets and towels are provided The apartment offers a bathroom with a shower and sink as well as a separate toilet. Finally, two bikes (adult size) are available free of charge (a bike rental is available in the summer, 500 m from the apartment "Les véloos de la forêt" - rental at Le Puits d 'Enfer). The 2 bikes are accessible in a room located at the level of the garage of the residence. You also have private parking space to park your car.
The apartment has very good 4G+ coverage, in addition there is fiber with high-performance WiFi.
The flat-screen TV has access to Netflix (if you have a subscription) and the internet.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
In a vacation home with double outdoor pool (open from mid-April to September for the first and in high season for the second), children's playground, ping pong table and plenty of green space. This is the 3-star L'Estran residence.
Pets are allowed in the residence (mandatory leash walk) as long as the animal does not disturb the tranquility of travelers

The space
Fully renovated ground floor studio of 26m2 with 9m2 balcony, bathroom and separate toilet.

The studio is located on the ground floor and has a partial sea view from the apartment and a total sea view from the balcony.

It is equipped with a kitchen equipped with stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with its filters, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with a freezer, mini oven, iron and ironing board as well as all the necessary dishes.
It also has a laundry rack with its pins.

If you wish, a cot is made available to you free of charge (request in advance), sheets are also provided for the crib. I also have a height-adjustable high chair in different positions (Chicco brand), a bottle warmer, a changing mat.
Please request this before booking as I have several apartments and only one baby pack.

In the bathroom you will find a hair dryer

The accommodation is non-smoking but it has a balcony.
Pets may be allowed if prior agreement.

The apartment is in the residence the secure residence with code gate and very well maintained.
It is located at 65 rue du puits d 'enfer aux sables d' olonne ( facing the hell well) 3-star residence with double swimming pool open from May to September ping pong table, laundry in the residence ( dryer if you wish)

The studio is located 150m from the sea, 1km 200 from the nearest supervised beach which is tanchet beach (10min by bike with the bike path at the foot of the apartment ) as well as local trade (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist bar, hairdresser, osteopath, proxy ), and 1km from the super U (commercial area open 7 days a week in high season where Intermarché opens 7 days/7 same out of season ).

This is an apartment composed of a main room where the kitchen and living area with a sofa bed is located either in 2 beds 80* 200 or a bed of 160*200 (real bed mattress height 15cm new )
As well as a child driver that will be made available for the summer
Easily accommodate a couple with a child

You will find all the appliances you need for a pleasant stay as well as a TV that is at your disposal as well as an internet box.
You then have a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a vanity and bathtub.
You have a lot of storage in the apartment which makes it pleasant to live in.
