The house was clean and perfectly laid out for us and Ludovic was communicative and we had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is maybe a washing line in the garden or tumble drier in addition to the washing machine for a large family to do laundry. The walk to the white sandy beach is lovely, quiet lanes, pretty houses and the botanical gardens are also really close.Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

- "We have recently returned from a two week stay in Villa Surcouf where we had a wonderful time. We were 5 adults and 3 children and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The house is spacious and clean, with everything you need for a holiday. The pool is well kept (and again, clean), the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There is a Casino supermarket 5 minutes drive away and Roscoff has a market every Wednesday with lots of stalls selling all kinds of local food produce. There is a small and very pretty white sand beach just two minutes walk down from the property, and Roscoff town can be reached by foot in about 15-20 minutes. It is a lovely little town where the ice cream shop was visited almost daily... The property makes an excellent base for exploring Finistère and Brittany - in the immediate area we recommend the small town of St Pol de Leon for a day trip, and the Ile de Batz which can be reached by ferry from Roscoff and makes for a nice day walking or biking. The Jardin Exotique found just five minutes from the house was more impressive than we expected and should also be visited. The property hosts were great and communication via text/phone was easy and straightforward. We were so grateful for the welcome basket with local treats. Thank you very much, we had a fantastic holiday - the children are already asking if we can come back next year..."

- "La Roskoker Simply lovely" - "La Roskoker Beautiful modern house with amazing terrace and large heated pool in a quiet and very safe feeling suburb of Roscoff but only 10min gentle walk from the delightful old port town itself with some quiet and high quality bars, restaurants and shops on the coast. The house is broadly well equipped however we found some elements lacking that were unnecessarily frustrating e.g. no pool towels. This was especially annoying as I had specifically asked the week before to be told by the management company there definitely were pool towels provided hence none of our party packed them. The hosts when we asked were also not able to provide any or even provide any extra normal towels. I should say that the following were provided which was excellent: dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, bbq, pool toys, welcome gifts, sun loungers, parasol. Final irritation was the departure instructions e.g. stripping g beds, emptying dishwasher and bins. Overall, we would return (and pack towels!)"
