The only thing I would say is that the house is in the middle of nowhere. It’s at the top of a very steep Hill, that some people may struggle to walk up. I would not hesitate to recommend the house and we are in fact hoping to book it again in the future."

The property was lovely and clean and the view was great, had to pay parking for a week which was only £20 so very reasonable. Everything we needed was in the property and the large outside space was great to have dinner on an evening or breakfast outside in the morning sun. Looe was a pleasant 20 minute walk along the coast path which was lovely to do on an evening. The beach which is visible from the property was nice and the sea was calm which made it perfect to paddle board."

Bookings are Saturday - Saturday during peak season from the last week of July until the end of August. Off season flexible bookings are available.
Seahorses Villa is a 2-bed property, sleeps up to 4 people, 1 double bed with amazing sea view to wake up to. The twin bedroom overlooks the beautiful Cornish countryside.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers, a chest of drawers to store your clothes during your stay. There are USB charging points sockets for your phones etc.
Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis.
The modern bathroom has a shower, and heated towel rail. Guests will need to supply their own Hand, Bath and Beach Towels. Toilet roll is supplied initially.
The kitchen has ample space and storage to meet the needs of up to 4 guests, it has a large standing Fridge Freezer, microwave, electric oven/grill and all necessary kitchenware that you will need during your stay.
The dining area, has a table and chairs to seat 4 guests, at the front of the living room as the view overlooks the terrace and out across to the beach and sea.
There is a spacious lounge with 2 sofas which comfortably seats 4 people and a smart TV that you can access your favourite channels and more through your Apps but please remember to log out when leaving. There is another USB charger point below the TV.
Seahorses guests will have a private, large terrace area which is not overlooked by many other properties and has the best, most beautiful views on the resort.
On the terrace there is an extending table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining, If it’s hot, the large cantilever parasol will provide shade over the table.
There are 4 sun loungers for guests to relax on while reading a book and soaking up some Cornish sunshine.
If you love a barbeque there is a Lump wood BBQ where you can dine outside and enjoy the warm weather over a board game.
Seahorses Villa is a 3 minute walk from the beach and is accessed up 39 steps be advised that it will not be suitable for all but what you do get is fantastic scenery on arguably the best terrace on the resort.
It is located in a picturesque valley leading to a private sandy beach, with rock pools, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding available for hire for the more adventurous! Cold water beach shower and toilets are nearby.
There is a bar and a cafe close by if you fancy a drink or two after a relaxing day on the beach before getting back to the villa.

- "This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Seahorses villla and it did not disappoint.The villa has been updated and decorated by its new owner James who has done a fantastic job. The villa is really cosy, has everything you need and with great views too! Down on the beach my 2 teenage boys hired kayaks and bodyboards at reasonable prices from the beach shack and had great fun out on the sea. There is also a beach bar and a takeaway if you fancy a bite to eat. Looe is only a 5 minute drive away or a 45 minute walk along the coastal path. 6 miles away near Liskeard is The Adrenaline Quarry and I would highly recommend visiting here if action is on the agenda. Zip line, huge aqua inflatable course, go carting and much more on offer. I booked online before we left to get the timeslots we preferred for each activity. Needless to say I have booked again for next summer. Great location, great villa, great host and great times to be had!!"
