Semi detached Spanish Villa at Penstowe, Kilkhampton near Bude. The villa has a private front garden and a rear garden overlooking farmland. There are lovely walks within 25 acres of Penstowe grounds. Just outside of the park is King Arthurs Inn providing some entertainment (at the owners discretion) childrens arcade and lovely food. Nearby is newly refurbished Penstowe Leisure Swimming Pool which is pay as you go (open at the owners discretion). The village of Kilkhampton has two Inns providing lovely home cooked food. There is also a Fish and Chip shop with a tea shop and garden. There are several food stores and a Post Office.
By car Bude town is 15 minutes away with many restaurants and shops. There are many lovely beaches in the area to visit. Tamar Lakes for fishing or walking is approx 3 miles.
The villa comprises of a Lounge/dining room with patio windows looking out to an enclosed garden at the front and the garden at the rear looks over fields. There is a barbecue area. The lounge has a 42inch TV, free wifi and DVD player and is open plan to the kitchen area. A hallway leads to the bathroom with quadrant shower. Two bedrooms one with a 5ft bed and the other with two 3ft singles. Electric heaters are in each room. Supply of electric is by purchasing cards from the nearby Cabin. Bed linen is included but please bring your own towels and tea towels. One small/medium dog allowed but please do not leave alone in the villa.
Changeover day is Saturday or as arranged. Check in 3pm, check out 10am.
