The farm includes 5 acres of accessible land, orchard, ancient forrest, outside dinning and breakfast areas.
The caravan is suitable for 1-2 adults and up to 2kids. It has a double bed and two singles. It is equipped with gas cooker/oven, hot & cold water from our bore hole, electrics from PV and wind turbine, wet room toilet/shower/wash basin, TV, radio, WiFi, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking and eating utensils.
The space
The caravan has a double bed behind a sliding door plus two single beds in the sitting area.
There is a small kitchen with cooker, oven, washing bowl, kettle and a toaster.
All utensils for both cooking and eating are provided

The space
Open planned lounge and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each one, if you have more than 6 guests the sofa turns into a double bed, there are 2 toilets in caravan, one with just toilet and sink and the other has toilet and shower.
The outside area has a patio area and a parking bay.

You can use the whole caravan and the outside area around caravan, patio and parking bay.

Please note this is a peaceful quiet site, and there are rules on the site for this, meaning after 10pm Please keep the noise down until 7am, and in general it is a quiet relaxed site, Thankyou.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this quiet romantic spot, surrounded by nature. Long walks through the woods to the beach and dramatic coastal paths of the north Cornwall coast. Lie back in the evenings looking up at the stars in front of the campfire.
The caravan is set in its own small field. Powered by solar electric and gas. Heater for cooler evenings. Well equipped with fridge, gas hob, crockery etc. It is rustic with a camping loo, and hot outdoor shower
Well behaved dogs welcome.
The space
Bluebell the caravan is a lovingly restored original 1960s Cheltenham Caravan.
Compact but well equipped. It has a double bed, dining table and benches, small kitchen area, with fridge, gas cooker, sink and plenty of crockery and pots and pans. There is a small camping loo, with bathroom sink and mirror.
The shower is in a seperate out building, in the next field. This is also shared with the guests staying in the nearby safari tent.
The caravan is set in its own small field, providing enough space for ball games or picnics. Outside the caravan is outdoor seating. There is also a fire pit area.
Your stay includes: tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
Other things to note
We are Jim and Emma. We live on the site, along with Jim's mum Vicki, our teenage son Rufus and our dog Monty.
We will be on hand if you have any questions or issues.
We will greet you on your arrival to show you around and then we will leave you to your visit.

The caravan has its own private area.
It is located very close to the public footpath, offering lovely country walks in the surrounding area.
There is parking available on site.
Guests are also able to walk through the fields belonging to Ham Mill. However, if there are cows grazing, dogs must be kept on a lead.
Other things to note
There is no light pollution, so it is a perfect place to watch the stars on a clear night.
Bring insect repellant, sun screen and wellies.
The toilet area inside the caravan is very small and can feel very tight.
