The space
Large rear lounging terrace with covers which can be opened or closed with lighting (blue, white or both) with gangways both sides to access the bow. Area has a large teak table and chairs for outside dining. (Please let us know if you plan to use this area and we can make sure you have enough chairs for all guests) This area has sliding doors to the interior of the yacht and can be opened to extend the living area outside.

Large glass sliding doors then give access to the spacious living room area which consists of comfortable leather sofas either side, a bar with fridge and sink (hot and cold water) and cupboards including glassware and space for bottles, a 43” smart TV with freeview/Netflix/Amazon prime video etc, a split level dining area with good size table and leather seating for 7 people. Lighting throughout including blue mood lighting and small lamps.

Master bedroom with king size bed and smart TV, second bedroom with double bed (including an optional pop down single bunk bed above), third bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes with courtesy lights and drawers. Bedrooms all have reading lights next to the beds. Towels and toiletries included.

3 en-suite bathrooms with toilets, sinks and showers (wet rooms) .. marina toilets and showers also available for you to use and are located on the marina within 500 yards.

Full kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans all included. Hot and cold water. Ice cube racks in freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk included. (Milk will be semi skimmed unless advised otherwise)

Large flybridge (top deck) which can be accessed from the rear lounge terrace by ladder or from the living room by an additional ladder. Seating for up to 12 people. Speakers and blue lights. Amazing views of Ocean Village. Blankets included in a basket for chilly evenings. (Flybridge will usually be closed off in winter and bad weather but available on request)

Bow (front of the boat) has an area for sunbathing and has 2 large bean bag cushions.

Central heating system throughout with additional heaters so the whole boat can be warm even in the coldest of weather. Air-conditioning system for the summer in the main living areas. Windows/portholes throughout in every room which can be opened. Full electricity on board with 240v mains plugs in every room. Hairdryer in master bedroom. Themed captains hats for pictures/selfies.

M27 Eastbound - exit Junction 3 onto the M271. Follow signs to the ‘Waterfront’. Ocean Village is signposted as you arrive in Southampton. When you reach the traffic lights at Ocean Village, do not turn right into the village, carry straight on and take the next right into Channel Way. Bear right and the car park is on your right-hand side by The Yacht Club.
M3 Southbound- exit Junction 14 onto the A33. Follow the signs to the ‘Docks’ and ‘Old Waterfront.’ Ocean Village is signposted as you arrive in Southampton.
M27 Westbound - exit Junction 7 onto the A334. Follow the signs to Southampton city centre. Turn left into Prince’s Street at the traffic lights after the bridge over the river Itchen. Follow the road for about 1 mile and take the road on the left, signposted to Ocean Village. Go under the Itchen Bridge and Channel Way can be found on the left.

Proceed up Southampton Water keeping clear of all commercial shipping. At Weston Shelf green buoy, near the junction of the Rivers Itchen and Test, keep to starboard up the Itchen. Ocean Village is about 1 mile further north to port, opposite the old Vosper Thorneycroft yard and just short of the Itchen Bridge. It is essential to call on VHF Ch 80 or by mobile for a vacant berth.

Great for couples wanting a romantic 1 or 2 day break, or three or four friends getting together to relax and/or catch up socially. Very suitable for families, although not for toddlers, but young babies, older children and teenagers welcome. A wonderful place to celebrate those special occasions - birthdays, anniversaries, weddings etc. This luxury yacht provides a rare, unforgettable experience and opportunity to unwind, whiling away the evening in the complete privacy in the hot tub on the top deck and/or watching the sun go down on the back deck looking out over the river. All areas on the yacht are for our guests own private use. Our 1st mate Rob is there to welcome, support and explain the facilities. He lives next door on his own yacht and will provide any assistance when and/ if needed.

Relax onboard our 55ft luxury motor yacht, moored in an enviable position on the Hamble River, just a few miles away from Southampton. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on deck, sipping a glass of rose in the sunshine, watching the comings and goings on the water. Then when it’s time for bed drift off to sleep in this tranquil setting with just the occasional sound of water lapping against the hull. Moored just minutes walk away from a great waterside boat house cafe restaurant, and with all the marina facilities.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom motor yacht moored alongside at Premier Swanwick Marina. Whilst you will have the entire boat to yourself, this isn’t a bare boat charter and the boat will not leave its marina berth. Staying onboard a motorboat is exciting, but does have challenges and limitations. As it’s not connected to mains water or drainage every effort has to be made to conserve water use onboard, which means it’s not great if you like to take long showers. However as the boat is moored in a marina, all of the marina’s facilities are available for guests to use too which include spotlessly clean toilets and showers, and using these instead is highly recommended.

The boat isn’t suitable for stays with children.

There is a double bed in an alcove and a double sofa bed in the open plan 'studio-style' kitchen, dining and living area. The marine decking is furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the waterside views looking up the River Hamble.

“Mischief of Hamble" is a modern, smart, clean and tidy 9 berth yacht In one of the best berths In Port Hamble, close as possible to excellent Banana Wharf restaurant &bar, car park and marina showers/facilities without suffering from noise. Kathy meets guests to ensure understanding how everything works and locations. That large cockpit with cockpit table is a great place for an evening gin & tonic. When moored stern to just a little step same level to get on board for the nervous boarding!

The space
To keep you snug and warm the boat permanently has a heater and dehumidifier on in winter. As well as that she has a central
Heating when turned on. Extra blankets, fleeces can be provided.
I do not provide sleeping bags, pillows or towels. She is fully lit up on pontoon and lots of lights and hot water on the boat, although the showers are nearby. Offering double berth in fore peak and two double berths aft if you decide on a default price for more than two.
Please make note not good for large hard suitcases as can easily damage the boat. Soft valises are best along with soft soled shoes.

The space
This luxury self-catering accommodation is 10meters long and 4 meters wide. It has a good size bedroom with a king size bed and a built in wardrobe. Next door is a fully equipped bathroom with an electric shower. Out in the living area is a cosy sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that over looks the water. Just outside the dining area is an outdoor deck area to eat and live al-fresco. The living area has electric central heating though out and is well insulated to keep cosy in the winter months.

Your stay has a good size television aboard so you can settle to a quiet evening in, if not venture out to one of the many pubs and restaurants in the city. The city is only a 5 minute uber in, there are frequent bus into the city, bitterne train station is 5 minutes walk away, but if you feel like walking it’s roughly 20-30 minute walk in.


We have a private pontoon so if your coming in by motorboat you can moor up and keep it there for your stay. Not suitable for sail boats as the northern bridge is low and the keel will ground when the tide goes out.

Other things to note
This stay has a private garden to guests only, in this space it has 2 sun loungers, it’s has an outdoor shower for showering before entering the hot tub and it has a cosy little hot tub that looks out onto the river. Great little sun trap in the Summer time. The hot tub is private to our guests to use between 7am - 10pm it over looks the river.

The space
Large rear lounging terrace with covers which can be opened or closed with lighting (blue, white or both) with gangways both sides to access the bow. Area has a large teak table and chairs for outside dining. (Please let us know if you plan to use this area and we can make sure you have enough chairs for all guests) This area has sliding doors to the interior of the yacht and can be opened to extend the living area outside.

Large glass sliding doors then give access to the spacious living room area which consists of comfortable leather sofas either side, a bar with fridge and sink (hot and cold water) and cupboards including glassware and space for bottles, a 43” smart TV with freeview/Netflix/Amazon prime video etc, a split level dining area with good size table and leather seating for 7 people. Lighting throughout including blue mood lighting and small lamps.

Master bedroom with king size bed and smart TV, second bedroom with double bed (including an optional pop down single bunk bed above), third bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes with courtesy lights and drawers. Bedrooms all have reading lights next to the beds. Towels and toiletries included.

3 en-suite bathrooms with toilets, sinks and showers (wet rooms) .. marina toilets and showers also available for you to use and are located on the marina within 500 yards.

Full kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans all included. Hot and cold water. Ice cube racks in freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk included. (Milk will be semi skimmed unless advised otherwise)

Large flybridge (top deck) which can be accessed from the rear lounge terrace by ladder or from the living room by an additional ladder. Seating for up to 12 people. Speakers and blue lights. Amazing views of Ocean Village. Blankets included in a basket for chilly evenings. (Flybridge will usually be closed off in winter and bad weather but available on request)

Bow (front of the boat) has an area for sunbathing and has 2 large bean bag cushions.

Central heating system throughout with additional heaters so the whole boat can be warm even in the coldest of weather. Air-conditioning system for the summer in the main living areas. Windows/portholes throughout in every room which can be opened. Full electricity on board with 240v mains plugs in every room. Hairdryer in master bedroom. Themed captains hats for pictures/selfies.

You will be given a marina pass to access the marina and car park. Please keep this safe and leave on the boat on departure. Loss of this marina pass will incur a charge of £50 for a replacement.

Please remember to respect all our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. We do not allow any parties and do not tolerate any anti social behaviour.

Please no shoes inside the boat and if you would like to wear footwear please bring slippers/sliders/flip flops.

Please respect the boat and do not interfere with the driving cockpit areas and electrical components.

No smoking throughout

Lastly, nobody other than the guests booked are authorised to enter the yacht at any time unless you arrange this with me prior to booking.

For guests staying more than 1 night, we can do a refresh/service at your convenience and this will usually be around 1pm unless you arrange otherwise. Please let us know if you would like a refresh or not when checking in.
