This beautiful self-contained little cabin has been custom made. You have a single-double extendable bed. Desk, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, crockery, toaster. Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. This is a private peaceful space, with self check-in for greater flexibility.

The space
This beautiful little cabin has been custom made. Brian is a carpenter and built this himself, it is a little home form home! This space is private and quiet, perfect to rest or work with its own private entrance. It is light and airy with double doors opening straight into the garden, great for watching the birds and the odd hedgehog. There is a single bed which extends to a double. A table for dining or working - plus a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. You have your own private ensuite bathroom which has a newly installed shower, toilet and sink.

**Please note if you have any mobility issues we do not recommend our cabin due to a high entrance step and the fact that it is very small, valuable feedback from guests suggests this is perhaps not the best fit for your needs**

* Lounge has a large, cosy corner sofa with blankets provided. There is a small smart TV, some children's toys (high chair and travel cot provided upon request), a selection of board games, a table and chairs for dining / office work.
* Bathroom has an electric shower with towels and toiletries provided.
* Bedroom has a clothes rail, hangers, a hair dryer and a supply of books and some empty shelves for further storage.
* Heating is on a timer for the main house and annexe - we can adjust it if needed.
* There are double doors leading on from the bedroom with a small seating area specifically for the annexe which is part of our garden.
* We have children who you might see in the garden during daytime hours. If you are visiting with children, they are welcome to play in the garden too.

This brick and flint barn has been converted to a smart modern annex separate to our house. Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits.

A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. Coffee (Nespresso machine) and tea, bread and jams included.

The space
A really comfortable home from home, this annex is self contained with all modern amenities.

A really comfortable double bed with ensuite shower room and toilet, with toiletries provided. We have recently installed blackout blinds to the skylights in the bedroom, these are remotely controlled so you can choose to look up at the stars or get a really dark room for a great night's sleep. We are lucky enough to live in a village with very little light pollution so the night sky can be absolutely stunning!

There is a spacious living area, with a full kitchen so you can cook your own breakfast or an evening meal. Coffee/tea and the ingredients for toast and jam are provided to get you started. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, nespresso machine and washing machine.

There is a dining area, as well as sofas to snuggle up on in front of the log burning stove. Free wifi. TV with amazon firestick and DVD player. Logs and kindling are provided.

Some maps and walking books are kept in the annex to give you some ideas of where to enjoy the beautiful countryside.

Guest access
You have full access to the annex which is separate from the main house, with it's own front door. There is a walk up a pathway to reach it from the parking space.

You have access to a courtyard area with BBQ, chairs and a table, table tennis table also available on request.

Please note that we have 2 friendly dogs and 3 inquisitive cats (which are not allowed in the annex!)

Happy to accommodate babies and young children under 3. We can provide a travel cot but we don't have a high chair.

The 1 bedroom lodge with private Hot Tub/Spa is within 5 minutes walk to the village of Warsash and the River Hamble. Self catering accommodation, with parking and own private access, has a separate bedroom, lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV, full equipped kitchen, decking space with table and chairs, ensuite shower room and toilet .

The space
The one bedroom lodge is set within the grounds of Hamble Retreat and offers private self catering accommodation.
The Lodge is beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard, is fully heated and well equipped.
NOTE:
THE MAIN HOUSE IS LET FOR STAY CATION HOLIDAY LETS, THERE MAY BE SOME NOISE FROM THE GARDEN, CHILDREN PLAYING, MUSIC ALLOWED UP TILL 10:30PM OUTSIDE.

Guest access
The Lodge is private and the whole space is completely occupied by the guest. Including a decking area and private parking.

Other things to note
Main house is let to stay cation holidays, there may be a small amount of noise from the garden, children playing etc, music allowed up to 10:30PM outside.

Relax and enjoy your time at this unique lodging in a beautiful location just a stone’s throw from the River Hamble.

The cabin is situated at the top of our property. Access to the cabin is through the gates of Stag Lodge, past the main house and up to the cabin at the back of the property.

The space
The cabin has a full working kitchen including oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a lounge with a television and dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed, hooks with coat hangers to hang any clothes and a chest of drawers. There are also drawers under the bed. The children’s bedroom has two bunk beds (designed to take children only), a hanging rack with baskets for storage. Also storage under the bed is available.

Guest access
Please note that we are currently having our driveway and landscaping done. The work is currently unfinished so please bear with us! Access to the cabin is not affected but any children will need to be supervised going up to the cabin. There is a temporary netting fence in place. There are also steps up to the cabin but we will be on hand to help you with any luggage on arrival 😌 (please see pictures on listing).

We politely request that you do not have visitors during your stay at the cabin.

Please note that your check in time is 3-9pm. Our phones go off at 9pm and you will not be able to access the property after 9pm. If there is a chance you may not arrive by 9pm we would suggest you make alternative arrangements.

Other things to note
We do have two dogs on site. Woodie is a young and playful beagle and Wee Woo is an old but loveable Dachshund. Woodie does roam free in the garden at times so please be aware of him when driving up to the cabin. They are both gorgeous and friendly dogs but Woodie does sometimes jump up when he’s excited so please be aware of that with children or if you are wearing nice clothes! The dogs also lived up at the cabin for 2 years with us when we built Stag Lodge so they may try and pay you a visit 😊 Please don’t let them in.

We will give you a gate clicker for the duration of your stay. Woodie would only ever be out in the garden if we are in so if you want to go out of the gates and Woodie is out then just knock on our front door and we will bring him in so he doesn’t escape.

Please note that although we are living in Stag lodge, the main driveway and some parts of the house are not yet completed so please bear in mind the garden and grounds are unfinished.

Relax and unwind in this family retreat. Tucked away in the village of West End, surrounded by Trees and Riding Stables, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Southamptons stunning rivers and parks.

The Cottage is blissfully quiet, set back from the main house with its own entrance and a large garden.

Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

The space

We can offer you a private garden, we can offer a completely self contained home so you can be assured of total privacy with no need to interact with us other than through the Airbnb system or WhatsApp if you prefer. The Country park is a minute walk away. We'd love to tell you about our amazing city in terms of tourist attractions, bars, restaurants etc - We are lucky with the outstanding natural beauty around us in this part of Southampton, plus the wonderful architecture in the City of Winchester. There are three bedrooms which are set up as twin rooms , we would be grateful if all the furniture was left in place, there is a large living area which has TV, sofa and arm chairs, we have a selection of games, a dining table for 6 people, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave is available on request and there is a coal BBQ for your use in your garden. The Cottage is suitable for a family of 6 and feels very spacious with 2 or 3 people staying. Do let me know if you have any other questions - always happy to help.

You will be able to access the appropriate number of bedrooms which correspond to the number of people staying, the lounge area and garden.

Parking is free during your stay, if you wish to leave your car here once you've checked out the cost would be £7 a day.
