Please be aware that there will be groundworks taking place around the park laying new cables between 10th – 24th May, this will take place Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. The park apologises for any inconvenience and will try to keep disturbance to a minimum.
There has been some ground works recently taken place around Riverside Holidays and we just wanted to make you aware that the grass areas around the park may not look at their best.
All non family bookings will be asked to pay a £200 security deposit by cash or credit/debit card on arrival.

Please be aware bike hire is no longer available.
Work parties are not permitted on the park. The park retains the right to refuse any work party bookings on arrival. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Due to technical issues WIFI will not be available on park till further notice.
Please be aware there will be building work taking place between 18th January and 28th January which may cause some disturbance, if this concerns you please contact your administration team who will be happy to assist you.
Building work
Please note, there will be various groundworks taking place during your stay. For more information please do call us on our Customer Care line.
Please be aware from Monday the 13th September for 2 weeks a building is being taken down within sight of the Marine Lodges. The works may cause some noise between 8am and 5pm. It is being reduced to a minimum as it may disturb the marina berth holders too.
The park requires the lead name to pick up the keys, as well as attend the holiday. The park will not allow any bookings to commence where this is not the case.

Perfectly situated amongst green fields on the edge of the picturesque Hamble village and river, Mercury Yacht Harbour and Holiday Park offers a scenic and peaceful location. The onsite Gaff Rigger restaurant and bar has amazing views and is open all day. Unwind with a coffee or enjoy a delicious meal with the family either inside or al fresco.

The space
The Hampshire has a spacious and light open plan kitchen and lounge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, grill and oven. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite toilet with sink. Towels are provided for your stay. Two twin bedrooms are both fitted with twin beds and wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin. This pet friendly caravan also comes complete with its own decking with views down to the marina.

Positioned right on the border of the South Downs National Park on the fringes of the Meon Valley, guests can enjoy access to a multitude of walk and cycleways. The South Downs Way, Wayfarer’s Walk, Monarch’s Way, Meon Valley Trail, The Forest of Bere and Old Winchester Hill are all nearby. Several superb country pubs are also within walking and cycling distance. The waterfront at Hamble and Hill Head and the cities of Southampton, Winchester, and Portsmouth are all just a short drive away.

Our Garden Retreat is located within our own private enclosed garden which you are welcome to sit in and enjoy. Free parking is available on our driveway.

Other things to note
The sofa in the living area does fold down as a small sofa bed suitable for a child / small adult. We have secure storage available for bicycles and sporting equipment if necessary. If arriving early or wishing to leave later let us know. We are happy to arrange for you to store your personal belongings safely.
