There is a pull-down double bed, accompanied by a feather duvet, plump pillows and Egyptian cotton bed linen. For entertainment, the TV has a built-in DVD player, Amazon Prime and Netflix. There is also a modern shower room with a Moroccan ceramic basin and a regular flushing toilet. Fluffy white towels, dressing gowns and velvety slippers are also provided for guests to use, plus toiletries and a doggie welcome pack consisting of a dog mat, bowls, a towel and a couple of waste bags along with a dog washer.
A private, patio dining area outside offers a firepit and stunning views; relax in the sun loungers and watch the ’wildlife tv’. You can often see buzzards soaring the skies overhead, and a herd of deer grazing at dusk in the fields. At night, you will hear the owls calling to one another, and if you’re especially lucky, you may even get to see the elusive barn owl! Plus, spectacular sunsets can be found here and on a clear night, the Milky Way.
Situated in a beautiful countryside position on a working farm, the property is located in the heart of West Sussex and bordering the South Downs Way, where picturesque countryside walks and cycling adventures await. A choice of locally renowned, country pubs lie within a 5-minute drive. Sumners Ponds are just 3 miles away, and Fisher’s Farm Park is just a 20-minute drive. The bustling market town of Horsham is nearby, with an array of shops and restaurants, and a 30-minute drive will take you to the scenic Sussex coastline.
To the west you will find Petworth and the famous Petworth House, home to many works by Turner, and beyond that the market town of Midhurst and the Cowdray Estate. The Downs Link, which is a combination of two disused railway lines, is nearby and can be reached from Christ Hospital, it provides a route which will link the North Downs with the South Downs.

IMPORTANT: We have sheep grazing from time to time in the fields directly surrounding the Airstream. Please ensure that you have your dog on a lead at all times when walking through the farmyard and particularly when around the Airstream. We also are trying to encourage ducks to settle on the lake, so we request that you do not permit your dog to swim in the lake. There are plenty of walks locally, as well as further afield, and details can be found in the Visitor Information file inside the Airstream.
PATIO & BBQ FIRE PIT: On the patio you will find chairs and a table. Seat cushions can be found inside the Airstream. There is a large parasol for guests to use on the decking and lounging chairs in the garden box behind the Airstream. Please ensure that the parasol is closed when you are not using it and when you leave the Airstream. There is a BBQ fire pit and a basket of logs are provided for you, which you can find in the garden box. If you require more wood, we can sell this to you. Please follow these instructions if you choose to use the BBQ fire pit:
1. Only use the fire pit if there is little to no wind
2. Keep the fire within the wall/sides of the fire pit
3. Ensure you have a full bucket of water next to the BBQ for emergencies
4. Never leave the fire unattended at any time
5. Pour water on the fire to ensure it is out when you have finished
GATES, LAKE & LIGHTING: The farmyard entrance gate will remain open for the duration of your stay. Please do not try to close the gates as they are very heavy and cumbersome to operate. There is also a lake nearby to the Airstream and it is very deep, cold and not suitable for swimming (humans or dogs!), even if you are tempted in warm weather. Please ensure dogs and children are supervised at all times. The track surface through the farmyard is uneven, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear when walking through the farmyard. There are floodlights within the farmyard which come on automatically at dusk and automatically switch off around 10:30pm. You might want bring a torch with you if you arrive after this time. There are lights over the foot bridge to the Airstream that come on automatically, and more fairy lights on the decking with control switches at the steps at each end of the decking.

There is additional sleeping available on the sofa bed in the living area and the dining seating can also be converted into a sofa bed. Why not indulge your taste buds and conjure up a feast during your stay? The well-equipped kitchen/dining room has everything you would need to cook a traditional Sunday roast. Or on a summer’s evening enjoy al fresco dining on the BBQ fire pit.
Dogs are welcome at the Airstream and a dog towel, feeding and water bowls, a dog mat and dog waste bags are provided in a welcome pack for each of your furry friends to use during their stay. The bathroom is on the ground floor, which has plenty of storage and complimentary toiletries. A child booster step and toilet seat for the little ones in your party are also available. Up the staircase there is a toughened glass balustrade, and a staircase gate is available on request. The cabin is separate from the main house with a private entrance and key safe. It is situated in a peaceful, quiet and beautiful garden.
It caters adequately for 1 or 2 people with a double bed, a table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside tables, coat and umbrella stand, electric towel heater, television, air conditioner, shower, hand basin, toilet, kitchen area with microwave, sink and fridge. The space
The Cabin is within walking distance of the small village of Partridge Green. The Partridge Pub is within walking distance and supplies good pub food. In the village we have a Co-op, a renowned butcher, a bakers and small fish/chip/pizza shop, this is cash only.Other local pubs/restaurants are The Fountain, The Windmill, The Green Man, The Bull.
Villages close by are Henfield and Steyning. The closest town with a train station is Horsham 8 ml away.

Church farm Cabin is a bright and beautifully styled Cabin. It is very private with far reaching countryside views. It has all the ingredients for a very relaxing and peaceful break from the stresses of our busy lives or away from the hustle and bustle of London City life!

The space
The Cabin has an open-plan bedroom/living area, a kitchenette/dining area with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge . It also has a spacious shower room and all linen and towels are provided.
A delicious homemade Continental breakfast as well as tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. There is one double and one single bed with a small additional fee for three people sharing.
We are directly located on the Literary Trail and Downs Link which provide endless cycle and walking trails. Sumners Ponds fishing lakes and a lovely Farm shop are also a short stroll away.
West Sussex has an abundance of quaint villages, tea shops and also beautiful gardens, castles and vineyards.We would be happy to take any guests on a vineyards tour or walking/ running tour too! Knepp Castle and Leonardslee Gardens are just a 10 minute drive.
This is a perfect place to stay for Business travel as an alternative to a standard Hotel room and also benefits from being very close to gatwick airport too.
Christs Hospital train station is 5 mins away with direct lines into London in 50 minutes or Brighton, Goodwood and Guildford in only 30.
London Gatwick Airport is only 20minutes by car or Train.

Unplug and leave the stresses of “the grind” behind you, and instead snuggle up in front of the log fire with a book, or in the tranquil, private wood-fired hot tub. The cabin is situated to capture the afternoon and evening sun with beautiful views over ponds and fields.
The space
Completely renovated and reimagined in 2021, this unique and custom-furnished cabin is the ideal setting to get away from it all. From a completely handmade kitchen to rustic copper taps, to a wood-fired “heating system”, this cabin has all the necessary ingredients to help to completely switch off and recharge in the Surrey countryside.
Other things to note
There is no Wi-Fi or television in the cabin as we are trying to encourage people to switch off, unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
Please note that the hot tub is wood-fired, therefore fire lighting is required. Basic knowledge of how to light and maintain a fire is recommended. We do provide instructions and will explain the use of it during check-in.
The hot tub will be ready for your arrival, and we supply enough wood for you to continue using this throughout your stay.
