A spacious and comfortable 'home from home' 3 bedroom maisonette that has been newly refurbished with new carpets throughout! This property sleeps 5 guests with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 single bedroom. The shower room has a spacious walk in shower with rainfall shower head, sink and draw space, toilet, and large mirror.
Enjoy some of your favourite meals baking in this huge kitchen with complete, fully equipped cupboards with everything you need ready to get cooking!
The living room does not disappoint with a raised up cosy TV area with super comfy leather sofas. The beautifully open plan dining area has a farmhouse style round, wooden dining table. You also have a bookshelf with books and family games for all the family to enjoy. For those who are working away there is an office desk space and good WIFI, so you can easily work from "home".
Great easy walk into the town centre with good road links to Horsham, Gatwick and Crawley. Horsham train station takes you direct to London within 58 mins. Easy to get to Brighton, Goodwood and the South Coast.
Please note there are stairs to the first floor maisonette.
You will not be disappointed with the space this newly refurbished maisonette has to offer with garden views at the back and quiet street views at the front. Free parking is available on street across the road by the green.

- "Very spacious flat, bigger than it looks in the pictures. The views of the massive garden with mature trees are beautiful. It's a shame the flat doesn't have access to it. There is a train line running at the back of the garden which I don't think was explain in the description. I didn't mind it at all as it wasn't very noisy but it's important to mention. The flat was great and I would return. The only minor thing I would change is the mould in the entrance hall as there is no ventilation. The curtain poles are very flimsy so you have to be very careful or just don't touch them (which is what I did). Parking was always available across the road which was very handy. The location is great and accessible for exploring the surrounding areas. I would definitely return."

The driveway is approached via a narrow archway, within which ‘Home Farm House’ is signposted. Proceed up the driveway around a corner and take the first car space under ‘Home Farm House’. The key safe is located to the left of the window in front of the car space. The adjacent, black framed and glazed entrance door leads to the lift lobby and stairs. Take the lift to the third floor, turn left on exit and the stairs up to The Granary are signposted. The Granary’s white entrance door has two locks. The first internal light switch is to the right, on the opposite wall”.

This is a ground floor maisonette with a few steps up to the front door. The fully equipped kitchen is bright and spacious with everything you’ll need for a delicious home cooked meal! It also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The beautifully tiled shower room has a walk in refreshing shower, cupboard space, toilet, heated towel rail, and basin.
