With only two apartments in the building, the main front door leads to a lovely communal hallway with The Old Office front door ahead of you. Enjoy the wow factor of the incredible tall ceilings and original Victorian features of this 26' reception room, complete with restored ornate fireplaces. There is a stylish built-in kitchen/dining area to the rear of the room, with stunning French doors opening onto a lovely private courtyard garden. The garden has a paved area for al fresco dining in the summer, and a small but mature garden at the rear - not often found with a central Tunbridge Wells pad!
There is a large comfortable bottle green velvet sofa bed in the lounge, with additional arm chair creating a cosy hub around the smart TV.. For our guests needing to work, we have hung a folding desk on the wall behind the door with a chair, ideal for those needing to crack on but out of sight for a relaxing evening. The grey high-spec fitted kitchen includes: integrated double oven with induction hob, integrated washer dryer and fridge freezer. There's a spacious dining table for four by the French doors to the garden.
The luxurious king size bedroom has a window looking onto the garden. With tones of grey and pink, a super comfortable tempur mattress with hotel quality bed linen, this is a little slice of peaceful paradise in the middle of town. Leading from the bedroom, there's a spacious fitted bathroom with shower over bath and large fluffy towels. There is an extra WC in the hallway also.

This victorian flat boasts beautiful views from the bay window seat area in the spacious living room. With a short walk to royal Tunbridge Wells town centre, Grovsner park, the metro supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and the famous Pantiles area and wellington rocks. Located on the 1st floor of a newly refurbished building, this lovely 2 bedroom apartment is the ideal place to relax and unwind with it's beautiful modern albeit traditional design. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all neatly zoned out to maximise the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay - there's an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave plus plenty of glassware and kitchenware. There's also plenty of space for preparing your brunch or dinners for friends and family. In addition to this, we offer all guests a complimentary tea and coffee, continental breakfast, salt and pepper and cooking oil - so please help yourself!
In the evenings, relax and unwind with a glass of wine in the cosy lounge area or in the morning by the large floor to ceiling bay window which illuminates and brings dappled light into the bright and airy space. With a single fold out bed (available on request), chaise lounger, 3 seater couch and a 4k 65 inch smart tv loaded with Netflix, you can enjoy your favourite tv programmes/movies on us! The lounge area is the perfect place to socialise or bed down if you need the extra space.
We provide fresh white linen and towels for all guests along with a welcome hamper.
If you are driving, as the apartment is so close to the town centre and Pantiles, parking requires a permit in most places.
However, there is free parking on Castle Road which is about a 5 minute walk away and all roads coming off of Mount Ephraim, the parking is free but a little walk down (approx 10 minute walk to the apartment).
There is also paid parking available and the closest and cheapest paid is Crescent Road Car Park which is a 24 hour car park and a short walk away (approx 5 minute walk). Trinity Theatre which is more or less opposite, has a cheap nightly rate.
If you are arriving via train, the easiest way to get to the property would be to turn left out of the Tunbridge Wells train station main entrance and left at the first set of traffic lights. The property is located around 150m from the traffic lights numbered 31 on the front (approx 5 minute walk).
A travel cot and/or high chair can be made available to hire for £25 each per stay. Please note, you will need to provide your own linen.
For group bookings, all guests must be aged 25 or over - thank you for your co-operation.

The Snap Pad is a stunning apartment located right in the centre of Tunbridge Wells
With great cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep, the town centre around the corner and a 10-15 minute walk to the station and historic Pantiles, you will be perfectly located to explore Tunbridge Wells. Modern, yet cosy the Snap Pad is a fantastic place to relax with family or friends, wind down after a busy work day, or to just crash after an evening out.
The Space
The apartment has all the amenities for a longer stay, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, fast Wi-Fi (290mbps) and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, tea and coffee-making facilities plus all the pots, pans, utensils, crockery and glassware you could need.

- "The Pad was immaculately clean and the Owner was most helpful before and during our stay. There were lovely breakfast items left in the property, fresh bread, eggs, milk together with jam, marmalade etc. It is in a very central location, close to great shopping, coffee shops and excellent restaurants. Car parking was easy to find, not cheap but safe and quite close. Excellent bus services for those without a car."
