This was also sold as THAMES VIEW APARTMENT, yet even though apartment had 2 balconies and many windows, there was not a single angle that provided a view of the Thames river. We ended up not even knowing where is the river supposed to be. Apartment in itself is nice and spacious and of good quality, but leaving only 2x towels for 2 adults for 2 nights is offensive as property charges separate cleaning fee. I find it extraordinary that they have temerity to charge a relatively expensive night rate yet leave no separate towels for face and body and than only one per person. Shameful attitude by everyone."

Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. The new property and everything as the original plus added bonuses. It was open layout, clean, kitchen and bathroom fully stocked. We did not use heating or cooling as the temperature was perfect and we were able to open the windows and doors. The views from the penthouse and garden were breath taking and added to the experience. It was really quiet as we could not hear the neighbors coming or going. Great place to relax and easily get around London. Highly recommend, looking forward staying here again and working with the host. "

- "The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
