And, it is right above a Tesco's Express. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen decently appointed. The wifi was quite good, and the television + Netflix satisfied the kids. Americans should be aware that this is a typical London apartment. There is no air-conditioning, and that is normally not a problem. We just happened to arrive for the hottest day in recorded history in the UK, so it was tough with the heat, and might be on those that would expect AC. However, we knew what we were getting into and we knew this would be the case. And it is NOT the fault of the owners/operators."

My fabulous, funky 3 double bedroom flat is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids) and is very close to transport and local shops and restaurants. The flat is on the raised ground floor of a Victorian house and just refurbished; all the interiors were lovingly designed by me to create a stylish, functional space with a WOW factor.
The flat is 5 mins walk from Leytonstone underground station (Central Line) and the journey into central London takes 20-25 minutes a 24 hour supermarket for all your shopping needs.

Bright sunny and with a lot of room this was a perfect jumping off point to London and rail stations a bus stop right out front, two tube stations within easy walking, made it easy to catch national trains, and get to downtown London. - "We were late for our check in and I was able to have my cousin Kevin check in for us. The manager was very accommodating in that regard. During check in we were informed that there were no cutlery. Once we settled in we found no forks spoons or knives were in the house. Additionally there was a minimal amount of Toilet paper and no paper towel or Kleenex. We spent the next morning at the store buying these items and food. We found the location near my cousins and the tube beneficial. While the pictures are accurate it would be a good idea to add cutlery and a chair or two to the family room as well as some books and or plants to the built in book shelves. It was about a 15 minute walk to the station, the same location as a very large, 3-story Westfield shopping center. The condo was the perfect size for us. Our 2 teenagers each had their own room separate from the parents. The kitchen had everything we needed, all appliances were in good condition, and the 2 bathrooms were convenient. Property management was very responsive and readily facilitated scheduling our mid-stay cleaning. The furnishings and beds/mattresses were as advertised, fairly good quality, which is why we gave it an overall rating of 4 out of 5. All in all, we would be happy to stay at this rental again."
