- "This property was very disappointing for the price we paid. It is not as described in the pictures nor does it meet the qualifier of a "luxury" apartment. We received no check in instructions despite numerous attempts to contact the manager for days prior to our arrival. When we did reach him upon arrival, he came to let us in saying everything was working well. We got one key fob which limited our ability to come and go separately. On our first day the door handle for one of the bedrooms just fell off. The air conditioning did nothing to cool the place and it was uncomfortably hot. The stove top didn't work giving an error message and the shower heads were blocked/mineralized, shooting water in all directions making showering a challenge. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes and there were no pods provided for the washer/ dryer. There were no cooking oils, or any basics so to cook anything you would have to buy everything including salt and pepper. When we asked the manager to come and fix the stove top and the air con he showed up very late and didn't answer our texts. All in all would not stay here again and this place needs major updates as the water stains on the walls and window coverings and poor maintenance make it anything but luxury."

- "We very much enjoyed this lil flat while visiting London. for the week. The bus route is at the front steps, it is a five min walk to the district line-perfect! Tube station has a pharmacy, small grocery, Pret and other stores. We enjoyed staying in more of a neighborhood than in downtown London with all the noise! We walked to the common park behind the flat and saw kids running and practicing sports, moms chatting, outdoor exercise groups. I felt like we experienced more of London living here. We enjoyed the small patio area! Used it every day. The flat was clean, stocked with some spices, pots and pans for cooking, and cleaning tabs After a few days, we asked for extra towels and they came with a book that explained how to use the stove, AC and other tips. Thankfully my husband figured it all out before the book appeared. It would be nice to have more forks, and more than one set of bath/ hand towels per person. More than 1 dish towel for 1 week stay. There is a hairdryer, plug in fan, ironing board, umbrella and dying rack for clothes. Very nice! Very thankful for the clothes washer! Questions to the owner were quickly answered-much appreciated! We would happily stay here again."

- "We stayed here for a week and worked remote during the day while exploring London in the mornings/evenings. The Wi-Fi was good for working/video calls, etc. The neighborhood was great, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and nice pubs nearby. It’s also a 2-3min walk to the Parsons Green Underground station, making it very convenient to get pretty much anywhere we wanted to go in the city. The space itself was well designed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

- "The property was lovely and beautifully decorated. It was very convenient to the Tube and access to London was easy to manage. We loved Fulham and all of the restaurants and pubs that were easily accessible from the Parsons Green Tube stop. There were 3 floors so whoever is in the 3rd floor bedroom should have good knees. Beds were comfortable and sleeping was easy, except some of them were too short for tall people. There is only a cappuccino machine which we did not use. A small coffee machine would have been nice but coffee shops were close and excellent. We highly recommend this property for a fun stay in London and Fulham and Parsons Green."

- "Great for family visitors" - "This property was conveniently located very close to bus stops, and the underground was about a 6 minute walk. There are 2 small grocery stores about a block away, and just a few minutes walk will get you to some shops and restaurants. The unit itself was on the ground floor of a small multi unit building. While it was convenient to be located on the ground floor, it was also extremely noisy. There didn't seem to be any weather stripping or insulation around the door, and you could hear everything going on outside. There was also a spot near the door where other residents went to smoke...I could sometimes smell the smoke. The only thing missing was a closet or dresser to put clothing...I literally had to live out of my suitcase for 13 days. The bathroom was lovely and very clean, however could have benefitted from some over the door, or wall mounted hooks to hang towels after showering. Overall, I had a great stay and the unit was well equipped with everything I needed. I would stay here again if I ever come back to London."
