- "This property was very disappointing for the price we paid. It is not as described in the pictures nor does it meet the qualifier of a "luxury" apartment. We received no check in instructions despite numerous attempts to contact the manager for days prior to our arrival. When we did reach him upon arrival, he came to let us in saying everything was working well. We got one key fob which limited our ability to come and go separately. On our first day the door handle for one of the bedrooms just fell off. The air conditioning did nothing to cool the place and it was uncomfortably hot. The stove top didn't work giving an error message and the shower heads were blocked/mineralized, shooting water in all directions making showering a challenge. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes and there were no pods provided for the washer/ dryer. There were no cooking oils, or any basics so to cook anything you would have to buy everything including salt and pepper. When we asked the manager to come and fix the stove top and the air con he showed up very late and didn't answer our texts. All in all would not stay here again and this place needs major updates as the water stains on the walls and window coverings and poor maintenance make it anything but luxury."
