A modern newly refurbished two bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area. The apartment is light with all windows overlooking the communal garden. There is a lift from the underground car park. As the apartment is a three minute walk from Surbiton Station a car is not essential to get into London. The apartment is well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable holiday home, from the John Lewis sofa and large tv and wifi in the reception room to the Egyptian cotton sheets in the bedrooms and the fully fitted kitchen. Please ask us if you require a travel cot or high chair for which there is a small charge.

The ground floor flat benefits from its own garage. The large living room has floor to ceiling windows facing a garden, with 2 large sofas and a dining area together with tv, books and games.
The kitchen is compact but includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher together with the usual kitchen appliances.
The shower room benefits from a very large walk in shower with instant hot water. There is a separate wc/toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed with high thread count cotton bedding, a large wardrobe and a dressing table, it overlooks the front garden.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, quirky wallpaper and clothes storage. This also benefits from good quality bedding.
