- "Poor communication re checking in and a change I attempted to make. The flat had a horrible smell of cannabis that permeated the entire building. When I asked for this to be addressed immediately, it never happened. There was mold under the faucets in the bathtub and stains on several of the pieces of furniture. The neighborhood did not feel or appear safe and the exterior looked nothing like the pictures in the listing. There were several lights out in the hallway as well as the flat and this went unaddressed when I asked for it to be resolved. We ended up departing 48 hours after we arrived due to the above and thus had to take out another property for the week that we were visiting. Overall, this was a very poor experience and would not use this property owner/manager again. "
