Whether you are coming for business, vacation or family visits this stylish boutique flat is just a 3 mins walk to Ewell East Station, making commuting into Central London convenient. The annexe is a private ground floor flat attached to our home with it's own entrance. Check yourself in easily with a keypad entry on the gate and a key in a keysafe by the flat door.

The annexe is newly renovated to a high standard, and is set out as a one bedroom flat with an open plan kitchen diner, with private entrance to the side of our family home . There is an allocated workspace making this flat super convenient if you are here on business.

The kitchen has an electric hob, microwave , washer dryer, fridge and all the crockery and pots n pans you need to make you feel at home away from home!
The bathroom has a Hansgrohe shower and a bidet toilet. The sofa opens up to a sofa bed, incase you want to sleep separately.
There is on street free parking available all day EXCEPT from 11am-Noon on Modays to Fridays.
Saturday and Sunday parking is completely free.
There are a few free spaces on nearby Arundle road too.
