A beautifully refurbished Victorian property in the desired south side of Ashtead village at the foot of Epsom Downs, set beautiful countryside. - "With a group of six, including a child and a teenager, we spent almost two weeks in this house. The rooms are well arranged. An extra bed (at extra cost) simplifies the layout. The living room and kitchen are very large and appropriate for the number of people. Everything in the house is as described and the photos are also very accurate and up-to-date. A little more care with the dusting in the bedrooms might be good and one or the other piece of cutlery needs to be replaced. All in all, you will find what you need here and the communication with Martin is very accurate, fast and friendly. On arrival there was a nice welcome pack in the fridge and even more towels were brought as quickly as possible. We would also recommend the house because of the excellent location (really only five minutes walk to the station). However, you can hardly hear the railway line and the residential area is very quiet and clean. You can find everything you need in the small supermarket opposite on the main road, without having to go to a larger grocery store. The local delivery services (especially Tops Pizza) were also good and reliable. For ourselves, we would choose it again for a stay anytime."
