The cottages are located in one of the most prestigious streets in the area, surrounded by stunning early eighteenth century architecture, with two houses boasting blue plaques. There is no through traffic making the street very quiet.

The cottages are located in one of the most prestigious streets in the area, surrounded by stunning early eighteenth century architecture, with two houses boasting blue plaques. There is no through traffic making the street very quiet. Both cottages have comfortable interiors, with an open plan sitting room and dining room. Terrace Cottage has an open plan kitchen and Garden Cottage a separate kitchen. The kitchens are fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven or duel fuel cooker. The compact bathrooms are located on the ground floor, there is a hand held shower at one end of the bath and an overhead shower at the other end. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a John Lewis/Silentnight double divan bed and the smaller bedroom with two full length 2' 6" singles.
Terrace Cottage has a secluded roof terrace accessed through double doors in the smaller bedroom and Garden Cottage has a lovely garden accessed from the dining room. Smart TV with Firestick, BT wireless broadband and a selection of books and games.
Please ask about parking before booking, limited number of permits available, otherwise there is pay and display close by.
Please be aware that the staircase in Terrace cottage is fairly steep with shallow treads and is not suitable for small or unsupervised children or anyone with mobility problems, however we can supply a child gate at the top of the stairs.

Stylishly designed, safe, warm and quiet studio apartment, on leafy side street. 5 minutes walk from Twickenham station (23 mins to central London); 15 mins walk to Twickenham Rugby Stadium. Parks, Richmond, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, nearby. The flat has oak flooring throughout and has a new kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer-dryer etc. There’s a modern bathroom with a shower. New heating has been installed and a hotel style king sized bed and linen mean that you'll be super comfortable. It’s part of our house but has its own keypad operated door.

We felt safe, and public transportation was easy enough get anywhere we wanted (usually Twickenham and Richmond, or further via the Richmond station just a few bus stops away). The space was exceptionally clean and bigger than we were expecting based on the photos. We were able unpack everything into the wardrobe and drawers, and stow our luggage under the bed. The bed, btw, is first rate, very comfortable, and we slept soundly. There are so many supplies and amenities in the apartment, especially the bathroom and kitchen, we were never wanting for anything (outside of fresh foods). There's a small combo washer-dryer in the unit, and it can handle one very small load at a time. We were unfamiliar with operations, but easily found instructions for the model online. I'm sure S&N would have also happily told us how to use it, as they were very responsive from beginning to end. Overall, a 5-star experience and better than a hotel."

- "The home is absolutely gorgeous! The layout is great - wide open first floor living space with comfortable areas for eating and gathering. Opens to a back yard that would be lovely in the right season but even in winter, provided lots of natural light and green views. The kitchen was well appointed although we only made breakfast here - it was lovely to sit and enjoy a fire and play games or read at night after a full day of seeing the sights. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of space on second and third floor for family members to spread out. Not only is everything perfectly modern and updated, but so tastefully and beautifully decorated. This home is perfect for a visit to London. It’s very easy to take an Uber or the train into London and return to the peace and quiet of a beautiful home in a lovely area. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby - all walkable. Our best meals were local (Twickenham and Richmond) - we truly enjoyed walking along the riverfront and the charming streets. Great area - terrific restaurants, cozy old pubs, lots of green space and outdoor spaces. Just perfection. I highly recommend to anyone visiting London. We truly loved our time here and especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations throughout London. Perfect home!!"

We ended up cleaning it ourselves. I feel for the owner who is not being represented properly. We left the property 4 days early. Zero refund. Very bad experience."

Strawberry Hill train station is a short walk away with its direct link to London Waterloo in just over half an hour. Trains also go directly to Richmond, three stops or just a couple of miles away by car, Twickenham (one stop), Clapham Junction and Vauxhall for the Victoria underground line.
