Located just above Staines (literally any shop you might need is within a 5 minute walk), the apartment was private but not desolate and surprisingly quiet for its location so close to the main public spaces. As mentioned in previous reviews, it was a nightmare trying to find the entrance (you have to go down a side street and walk through a partitioned truck loading zone), especially when arriving in mid-afternoon amongst schools letting out and commuters heading home. However, once we found the correct entrance and made our way to the apartment, we were very pleased with how clean and spacious the area was! The mattress left a bit to be desired (very thin and sometimes springs could be felt), but the linens were very clean and otherwise comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook. The shower was plenty spacious, but the tiles just outside were a bit loose and could be felt rocking when stepped on getting in and out. Another huge plus, the apartment is a short 10 minute walk from a very nice public train station making it very tourist friendly if you’re looking to plan trips into Zones 1-5 for tours or sightseeing! Overall a great stay…once we got there! Staff on site were very friendly upon check-out, even offering to help us store our luggage for a brief period before our train. However, in trying to find the entrance and proper location for the apartment, staff on the phone were not as helpful. "

Despite the poor contract and privacy issues Vinay is always at the end of the phone if you need anything, so fair play & the apartment is in a great location if your working in the area. For info, So this property is actually a first floor apartment (above the garages) with ONE bedroom downstairs (bottom left). Would I return? If the issues highlighted were corrected, without hesitation it just has these minor issues which deter business travelers like myself. "

I waited there for hours, before giving up. So, I walked 2 miles to a bus stop and got to Hatton station, where I caught a taxi to the lightyears better Ibis Hotel, which cost another 30 pounds.The worse bit was Relaxing was anything but because there was no contact or anything about. Our house sits on the beautiful river Thames in Wraysbury near Windsor. The river runs past the end of the garden. There is a large west facing terrace, from the master bedroom.

There is a large living room, kitchen and dinning room that lead onto the riverside garden. 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed.

Windsor, Windsor castle and Legoland are about 20mins away my car. From Wraysbury station you can get into London Waterloo in 42mins. Heathrow is only 15mins drive away.

- "The pictures must be in soft focus because it does not look nearly as nice in person. The furnishings were chea. The mattresses are thin and warped, the pillows are flat as pancakes, the linens are low quality. The WC light fixtures was missing as were half the lightbulbs in other fixtures and lamps. The cabinet in the double room was so rickety it swayed. There’s a creepy unfinished open cubby in the single room (yikes!). The fan in it had a death rattle. Only two thin bath towels were provided for 4 people, and no toiletries other than hand soap. Got an email asking for a security deposit but no way to pay it. It said access wouldn’t be granted without it so I was worried. No answer at the phone number provided. Owner replied to email saying not to worry. But I didn’t get any checkin info. Had to message the owner (4 hours after check-in time) to get access code. Chose this place because it was close to Heathrow. Somehow it still takes 15 minutes to drive there from the airport. It’s super loud if you open any windows — which we did given it was hot and there’s no AC. Can’t imagine being in the back yard unless you’re wearing headphones. Next time we’ll stay somewhere else."

Our guests love to gather and lounge within the living room area or in the backyard area, especially when the sun pops-up. In addition, within the apartment the open floor plan allows for great conversation and hosting.
The living room consists of a four-cushion sofa, a sofa chair, reading lamp and a large flat tv. Kick back on a comfy sofa, while enjoying your favorite shows on the TV.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with high quality appliances which include spacious countertops that will provide enough space if you decide to prepare your home cook meals. Kitchen amenities include:

Not quite enough supplies for a family of 5 for a week (ie, toilet paper, paper towels, clean linens). No air vent/fan for circulation in the bathroom so it became very damp and smelled of mildew/shower curtain mildewy. No mirror/space in bathroom to get ready. Overall, fine experience. The heat worked very swell and we stayed warm."

- "Property was nice. Close to Heathrow and a nice parking space. The only things I didn’t like was the master bath did not have a hot water heater and there is no dryer, just a washer." - "The apartment was perfect for 4 adults and had everything we needed for 4 nights. It is simple and no frills. This was our last leg of our month trip throughout the UK and we wanted some where that was not in London directly but close to Heathrow for us to fly out. Apartment is easily accessible (our daughter has a disability) as it is on the ground floor. Bathrooms are a little tight but bedrooms have room. We felt secure and the place was clean. All codes and how to enter along with rules were given to us ahead of time. It was quiet and there is a park right across the street. Our biggest challenge was transportation. Coming from out of the country you just do not know how to navigate things until you are there. Unfortunately, the apartment manager was unhelpful. When we arrived we needed to get to a hospital right away for our daughter. When I reached out to the apartment people for a local taxi service and their number they first hung up on us and then when we called back they just said get a taxi and they cannot help us. Well we have no idea what is the closest one and we just wanted guidance.. So very unhelpful. The best way to get around is to get an Uber and get to the tube at Hatton Cross or airport as they are both about 10 minutes away. Uber is cheaper than a taxi we found. Getting into the heart of London is about an hour via the subway. We did not see any restaurants or grocery stores around when we were out in other towns, we just stopped there and brought back food to cook or reheat as there was nothing close that we coud find. Overall it was good- just plan out your transportation and food."

- "We enjoyed our stay at this property. My highlight was ease of communication with the property using WhatsApp and Vrbo app and the promptness of their response. The property is right across from a big playground area and walking distance to a convenience store (Londis) and even to a grocery store (Stainsberry), if you like walking a bit. Tesco (large grocery store) is a few min drive. It is about 30-40 drive to London and Kingston-Upon-Thames and 15 min from Stains-upon -Thames close to where our daughter went to boarding school. The property has washer but not dryer (but can hang dry easily) and gas stove for cooking and fitted with instant coffee and tea bags as well as all plates and utensils. We had 7 people staying and used couch bed in addition to a Italian king (2 twins connected) and two twin beds. Having two bathrooms (one with bath tub) was essential for so many people staying. Stanwell where property located may not be a list of place to visit but it has a nice local feel and enjoyed seeing the non-touristic side of country. Overall great stay. Highly recommend it especially for a family trip. Closeness to the airport was plus esp with doing PCR testing."
