- "Due to owners being only 2 weeks into there tenure and having no kitchen food was not provided on the premises. However they did offer to organise take away for us. It would have been nice to have been offered at least a continental breakfast in the bar area before departure the next day. On departure there was nobody around to leave keys with. The bar area was locked up and we had to exit via the fire door. The staff were very nice and helpful when they were there but think they should be on hand for departures and offer a breakfast of some kind. I had left my heating aids behind as I could not get back into the hotel after departure but they very kindly posted them off to me which I much appreciated. I think once they get the kitchen in and can offer a full service they will do very well "
