There is a single guest bedroom with a standard single bed. and a small desk as well as wardrobe. In addition there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and again a desk & wardrobe.
The quiet neighbourhood guarantees a good night rest. It is a homestay and that means I live onsite. As such kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are shared areas. I will have 1 guest or couple at a time in the other room.
This is a strictly non-smoking property which includes the garden and front-of-house! Please note that there is a friendly cat in the property named Suki. My 2 primary school age children spend on average 2 days per week with me, mostly the weekends and I generally try to avoid booking guests on those weekends, but there may be exceptions. I will always try to let you know in advance about this but can't foresee last minute events.

Our home is very much a family house that is lived in, and not a showcase, but you will find all the amenities you need within clean facilities. I aim to provide guests a 'home away from home'. For stays under 1 week I will provide a simple (semi-continental) breakfast including coffee & tea during your stay.

I want you to feel comfortable during your stay and feel at home, as this is essentially a family house. It also means that you will leave the place in a clean and tidy state as you would do at home. You will have access to living room, kitchen and bathroom and are invited to make the place your own. You're free to use the kitchen to your heart's content, but please only use wooden/silicone spoons for the non-stick pots and pans..

Please note I have no TV and therefore no TV license, but if you have a TV license elsewhere in the UK than this will allow you to make use of BBC iPlayer etc.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space situated in a quiet private road, making for a great home away from home. It’s a short commute into a Woking Town centre with very speedy links into London, and not far from many Surrey attractions. This is best suited for couples, but can squeeze in an extra guests on the sofa bed, with the compromised comfort that comes with sofa beds.

I large stylish double bedroom which includes a dedicated work space, with the secondary bed being a sofa bed in the cozy lounge area. Full kitchen with all the basics to accommodate your needs, fridge freezer, oven, washing machine etc. Parking available for one car in the drive with charging facilities at an extra cost.

Full access to all of the annex which has its own private entrance containing a large bedroom, fully kitted kitchen and breakfast table to make you feel right at home. The lounge includes a smart TV loaded with the biggest virgin media package available. The bathroom is smart with a the basic toiletries needs.

Separate Annexe, with its own entrance. Peaceful location but in the heart of Chobham Village. Perfectly situated with all amenities in a few minutes walk. We have two great pubs with the White Hart opposite & the Sun Inn just a moments walk up the road. There’s a Coop & a small Tescos for any essentials, along with restaurants on the doorstep! Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

The space
The Laurels Lodge is a comfortable, clean, light & airy, self contained space to unwind.
Opening the patio doors into a lounge, kitchenette area with a 2 seater sofa, smart TV, WiFi & fire stick.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, breakfast bar, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, all cutlery, plates, cups and utensils.
Including smoke detectors.
Also a hairdryer, iron & ironing board.
A small double bed in one room with side table & light and full length mirror.
Access via a stepladder up to a sleeping platform with a super king size mattress, 2 x side tables with lights with USB ports. A shelf and smart television.
The bathroom contains a large shower, sink & toilet.

Dogs are welcome and dog bed/bowls available on request. Please clean up after your pet with poo bags provided. No dogs on furniture or beds - thank you.

No extra guests unless discussed.

Guests will access through back gate where there is a key safe with your keys.
Parking up the drive with The Lodge in front of you.
The Lodge is located on your right as you enter the gate . Go under the arch vine & open the left patio door.

We are 5 minutes walk to the local shops, public houses & restaurant. There are local tennis courts, children’s playground & near Gordon’s School. If you like walking Brentmoor Heath and the West End recreational ground is on the doorstep. Cobham common & Horsell Common are a short drive.
Bus routes to Camberley/Woking/Guilford are on A322 at the end of the road. The closest Railway station is Brookwood or Woking which is a 25 minute journey to London.
We have lots of visiting opportunities a short drive away such as Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Lapland UK, Ascot Races, Bisley shooting range, Wentworth Golf course, Theatres, cinemas, swimming pools & gyms.

We are 5 minutes drive to junction 3 off M3 & then 5 minutes to M25. Easy accessible to London Heathrow & Gatwick airports.

We are situated on a private no-through Lane with a fully fenced garden for pets & children.

The Annexe is a spacious single storey one bedroom cottage, located adjacent to the owners property and accessed from the shared driveway.
With an open plan kitchen/ living room with sofa bed and spacious light bedroom with king size bed and views into the garden, the cottage offers beautiful and tastefully converted accommodation, ideal for couples or a small family.
The traditional style bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, with a full size bath and separate shower.

Stylish recently renovated Coach House, 15 minute walk to Woking train station which is 28 minutes by direct train to London Waterloo. Easy access to M25 for Heathrow etc plus 2 minute walk to Horsell Common where Mclaren is situated.

There is no live TV in the Coach House. However you can stream on the installed Apps for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5. We also have Netflix and Amazon Prime.

London Heathrow is a 20 minute drive (M25 traffic permitting!), and Gatwick approx 45 minutes drive.

Guildford is around 25 minutes drive, and Farnborough International Airport can be reached in around 15 minutes.

Ascot Racecourse is around 15 minutes drive (depending on Raceday / Event day traffic), And Kempton or Sandown Racecourses can be reached in around 30 minutes by car

Lovely 2 double bed cottage with private enclosed terrace over looking 3 acres of garden in the pretty village of Chobham.
Behind gates the cottage is perfect for a family or simply a quiet get away break. Lovely walks, gastro pubs and shops all a few minutes drive away. Close to transport links M3 J3 and M25 J11 and easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick. Quick link to London from Woking train station. A car is a necessary.

The space
Living and dining area with wall mounted smart TV and french doors onto terrace. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. 2 double bedrooms one with super king sized bed with chest of drawers, wardrobe with hangers and extra bedding and the other with double bed and chest of drawers. Bathroom with shower, and separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Starter kit is provided with soap, shampoo, coffee pods, milk, croissants, butter and jams.

Guest access
Queens Lodge Cottage is accessed through electric gates by the code provided. The key will be in the door when you arrive and same key works for all doors. The gates open from the inside by driving up to them and a key fob is provided for your use so can open them manually. The cottage and terrace are for the sole use of guests however the garden is not for guest use. There is a parking bay to the right of the cottage.

Other things to note
We have a west highland terrier who is very friendly and might like to pop over and say hello. We also have a cat. We have neighbours in relatively close proximity so please be respectful. Music to be turned down by 10.30pm.
Wi-Fi is automatic and you will not need a password.
