We are located just 2 minutes walk from the High Street of Summertown which is a highly desirable area of the City of Oxford which itself is known for its historic and internationally famous University that attracts students from all over the world! The Cathedral of Oxford is highly worthy of visiting and the choral music there has achieved international acclaim. The space
We offer a unique space for one or two guests maximum with 2 single adjoining bedrooms with lockable door between. The second bed is slightly narrower than a conventional single bed, but is suitable for an adult. The unit is centrally heated. There is a window in the front bedroom and shower room (which is for your exclusive use) and a roof light in the back bedroom.
We provide a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and kettle but there is no access to the kitchen or fridge. This unit is ideal for short stays for sight seeing, study, work placements etc.
You come in through the main shared entrance to the house .There is a key safe to allow independent access. We live in the house and can be around some of the time to help answer any questions but your space is lockable and private; we will not need to disturb you.
We are a working couple and appreciate you entering and leaving quietly. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.
We’re sorry but the space is not suitable for infants or babies and there is a step up into the entrance to the main house.
Use of washing machine and dryer is possible by arrangement (we share access to this with you.) On street parking by arrangement on weekdays no restriction at the weekends.

Peacefully tucked away on the edge of Shotover Country Park, yet conveniently located just 3.5 miles from the centre of Oxford (no. 46 bus-stop 3 mins walk) Dexter's has the best of both worlds. This is a self-contained annexe with private off-street parking and its own entrance. Located on a quiet lane with little traffic (apart from the odd horse on it's way up to Shotover!) Newly renovated, the studio is fresh, sunny and well equipped with its own kitchen and shower room.

The space
This is a clean and bright space with comfy double bed, dining area and brand new open plan kitchen, with fridge, hob, oven and all the kitchen essentials you might need for self-catering. It has a separate shower room with heated towel rail and mirror with multi-tone lighting.
There is ample space for two people or a couple with a baby, there is room for a cot next to the bed, but you would need to bring your own cot. Dogs are welcome.
Horspath is a beautiful village with a village shop, church, two pubs both serving excellent food (Indian and Thai) and Shotover Brewery with tap room serving wood fired pizzas just at the bottom of Spring Lane. There is a bus servicing Oxford (stopping at the Westgate Centre) and the surrounding villages which stops at the village green. Other facilities nearby include Aldi, Tesco (including petrol), Boots and M&S less than 7 minutes drive away.

Parking is on the drive immediately in front of the annexe. A key lock box is located to the left of the door and you will have sole use of this entrance. The annexe is located to the right of the main family home and the family access the property to the left.

Dogs are welcome. Shotover is a fantastic place to walk with your dog, with miles of paths criss-crossing the ancient forest. Its entrance is located 2 minutes walk from the property. While there is a back door leading from the annexe into the garden, please note that there are 2 resident dogs so please do inform me if you require access to the garden.

It is located in the loft conversion, two floors above ground, and has two large roof windows overlooking the allotments on the opposite side of Abingdon Road.

A small toilet is just outside the room, and a large shared bathroom is available at the bottom of the stairs to the loft (one floor below).

The space
We're a lovely, family-run guest house in South Oxford within a 20 min walk from the city centre, excellent links in all directions and nearby Redbridge Park & Ride (10 min walk). We also offer private parking (three spaces) that can be booked free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis.

We have three ensuite rooms for our guests and three further bedrooms with a shared bathroom and an additional toilet. The house also has a westerly-facing garden that is open to our guests.

Our guests have access to the dining area in our bright conservatory, equipped with all the amenities needed to enjoy a food order or a hot drink. - Although the house is in a residential area, it is centrally located alongside a busy road. We're within the 20 mph speed zone, meaning the noise is not comparable to a highway, but one can expect some city buzz during the day. This is a small payoff for the excellent location.

- This room is less affected by traffic noise as it doesn't face the main road directly. If you're looking for a room wholly isolated from the street, consider our ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor, which looks out to the rear garden. You can find our other listings by clicking on our profile.

- Compared to its twin, located on the opposite side of the house, the room has a carpeted floor, a slightly smaller interior and a small desk. Both twins do not have wardrobes but benefit from a rack/hanger and drawer unit/under-bed storage to tuck away your clothes.

- The room is two floors above ground level, and the house has no lift. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

This cosy annexe for 2, is in a quiet residential suburb outside of Oxford City centre, called Littlemore. It offers a comfortable place to rest and relax in this peaceful residential area of Oxford. Located to the south of the city just inside the Ring Road with easy access to Oxford city centre and a short drive to both Sandford Lock, Iffley Lock and the River Thames. The walks along the Thames River offer beautiful views and lovely stops along the way at local pubs and restaurants.

The space
This cosy annexe is located at the back of our peaceful garden. The space is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including free wifi, free parking on the pavement/in the road and a side entrance down the shared driveway to the annexe.

It is a spacious studio room with a comfortable double bed, sofa and dining table for 2. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, oven, hob and washing machine for your convenience. We're a lovely, family-run guest house in South Oxford within a 20 min walk from the city centre, excellent links in all directions and nearby Redbridge Park & Ride (10 min walk). We also offer private parking (three spaces) that can be booked free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis.

We have three ensuite rooms for our guests and three further bedrooms with a shared bathroom and an additional toilet. The house also has a westerly-facing garden that is open to our guests.

Our guests have access to the dining area in our bright conservatory, equipped with all the amenities needed to enjoy a food order or a hot drink. This includes a guest fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, and tea and coffee-making facilities with supplies.
