The studio is only a short 8 minute walk down hill to the centre of Marlow which offers plenty of shops and bars, as well as almost every style of dining from riverside pubs to the Hand & Flowers with its Michelin two stars.

The space
The studio is located at the top of our garden with access through a side gate so you can come and go without having to walk through the house. There's a wooden deck to sit out on when the sun shines.

The studio comprises a bed/sitting area, kitchenette and a small bathroom with a sink, shower & toilet. The bed/sitting area includes a standard size double bed, a couple of relaxing chairs, a small table/desk with a couple of folder chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle & toaster. Please note that whilst we have had a number of guests stay Monday to Friday, for a number of years, there is no sink in the kitchenette. There is a sink in the bathroom & a washing bowl.
There is an iron/ ironing board and hairdryer provided in the studio.

The studio will suit two people for a couple of nights or a single person longer term.

We are delighted to offer you our , 2 room, self contained suite, within a 5 minute walk of Marlow high street. The suite has its own of road parking , private entrance, and comprises of a lounge and a separate bedroom with super-king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. You will have a Nespresso coffee machine, mini-fridge, kettle and microwave to use exclusively during your stay (please note that there is not a full working kitchen).

The space
The suite has its own private entrance, leaving you to come and go as you please. The lounge area has a sofa as well as HDTV and Nespresso coffee machine and a dining area. Connecting the lounge to the bedroom is a small hallway containing your microwave and mini fridge (please note there is not a full working kitchen). The bedroom has a super-king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, making for a comfortable nights rest. We offer an optional Glade End 'Marlow' hamper breakfast at £10 per person, please let us know if you would like this when booking.

You have private access direct to your apartment front door via a gate at the side of the main building. We offer an off-road parking space to the rear of the property.

Whether you are in Marlow for work, a wedding or party we are well located and within walking distance of the business park and the high street. If you haven't heard of Tom Kerridge then where have you been! Marlow is blessed to have an incredible selection of restaurants, including the 2 Michelin star Hand and Flowers, the 1 Michelin star Coach and the newly refurbished Butchers Tap and Grill.

Within 5 minutes drive from central Marlow, along a private country lane surrounded by fields you will find a cosy one bedroomed guest house known as Thimble cottage. There is ample parking which leads through a garden path to a self contained annexe with private access. Newly refurbished this annexe contains a double bedroom, a separate sitting area with workstation, a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. A modern shower room with a spacious rainfall shower is also provided.

The space
A modern cosy place in a beautiful private location in Little Marlow but very close to Marlow, Bourne End, High Wycombe, Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas.

Guests have their own front door access to their accommodation with a small patio area facing the open fields.

Westhorpe Water Sport Park is at the end of the road. Lots of lovely pubs to walk to and lakes to enjoy. We are around a 20 minute walk into Marlow town Centre or a 5 minute drive. We do have a small toddler foldout bed for children age 2-4 years. A cot bed is also available on request.

Pebble Studio is a beautifully converted space with abundant light and all the necessities needed for a peaceful short stay in the heart of Marlow. It features a double bed, kitchen, shower room and lounge area; perfect for single or couple occupancy. The studio has a private entrance to a shared garden space overlooking the river.
Enjoy the peaceful river-side setting and watch the boats go through the lock or take a short walk into the foodie-orientated town.

The space
The studio is a fully equipped space with all the amenities needed for a short stay.
It has a small double bed, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The bathroom has an electric shower and also a dedicated dressing area with a dressing table, storage and place to hang a few items of clothing.
Underfloor heating is throughout to keep you toasty on colder months.
With its beautiful view of the garden and natural light, it is the perfect snug for a short stay.

Red Kite Barn is situated in a lovely secluded valley (AONB), a 5 minute drive (25min walk) into Marlow, with its coffee shops, riverside walks and Michelin star dining. We are perfectly located for cycling or walking in the beautiful Chilterns and a short drive from Henley and Windsor. Heathrow is half an hour and fast trains go into London from Maidenhead. Red Kites, squirrels, foxes and deer are regular visitors to the garden.

The space
Downstairs the open plan space includes a kitchen with table for two, Nespresso machine and plenty of equipment to cook your own meals if you wish.There's an electric hob and a mini oven capable of cooking anything from a pizza to a roast dinner Basic provisions are provided to start you off, including tea bags, coffee pods, washing up liquid etc. If you would like access to a freezer, one is available to use.
Also on this floor is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed, hanging space and chest of drawers.
A door leads into the ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower and heated towel rail. Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper as well as John Lewis/White Company towels are provided. Both the kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating controlled by thermostat. The property has gas central heating to radiators and for hot water.
The pine and glass staircase takes you up to the first floor lounge and dining area (sloping ceiling) with lovely views over the fields. There's a small balcony enabling you to sit at the table with the doors wide open on a sunny day. The sun streams into this room making it light and airy. The dining table is large enough to seat 4 or a comfortable place to work if you are in the area on business. There's a sofa, armchair, coffee table and television where you can relax in the evenings with wifi provided.

You have your own private entrance and parking space, as well as a lovely sunny patio for personal use.
