The kitchenette and dining space are on the ground floor, with a large table for working as well as eating. The luxurious bathroom with power shower is on the first floor, alongside the bedroom which is a large space with a king sized bed and a lounge area with a 'large single' sized sofa bed.

There's plenty of onsite parking in front of the Annex, and we have free electric charging for your convenience too.

If you enjoy the gym we also have a separate building with a well equipped gym and sauna, available on request at a small extra cost.

If you are a keen walker, we are on the Ridgeway path , Kind Alfred's way, the Swan Way; and 2mins from the Thames path. Should you prefer to be on the water, we are also a few minutes from our friends at the SUPLife who can provide you with paddleboards and lessons, or Pureboating where you can hire electric boats.

Our Annex is comfortable and relaxing, we are perfect for active stays, those wanting to be close to village life, and those wanting to stay in and watch a movie or sports on our full Sky TV package.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole of the Annex for their stay.

The bed is King sized and the sofa bed is a large single.
The Annex is private with its own entrance.
The kitchen area has a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob
