My wife and I have lived in this house in Brookfield for over 30 years. We are a five minute walk from the centre of Highworth. The Saracens Head is a very popular venue for diners and is located in the Market Square.There is a choice of two Indian Restaurants and an Italian Restaurants nearby. It is a great location for visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Bath, Avebury and Stonehenge. Our house is in a quiet area and has 3 bedrooms available for Bed & Breakfast. There is a double ensuite with a double bed. A double room with bunk beds and a single bed. Also a small room with a single bed. The rates for the en suite is £28 for a single person and £20 each for extra guests.There is a separate bathroom for guests staying in the double room. A continental breakfast is served each morning between 7-9 am.

We are a quiet couple looking to host respectful people. We love our home and know that visitors will love staying with us. Weather permitting the garden is small but a beautiful treasure.

The cat is not allowed into the guest bedroom (unless you insist lol)

We have a ‘NO SHOES’ home except for the kitchen which is where you’ll enter.

Andy is a retired Police Sergeant and Lynda is a retired professional.

It is expected that your profile picture is a good likeness of you to enter our home and this is a requirement of entry. No one other than the person booked will have any access to our home. Should you wish to check in early or check out late this can be arranged on a booking by booking basis depending on room use either side of your stay and must be requested. Night shift workers wanting to sleep during the day must book 2 nights.

As a semi-retired couple we are often available more than most. My partner works a zero hours contract and is available most early mornings from about 6am (if not before).

Other things to note
The house is in a very quite cul de sac road but very close to all services by a short walk. Town centre is easily accessible by car, taxi and bus.

A spacious, restful double bedroom in an old cottage with mod cons, complete with en-suite bathroom and shower; suitable for professionals, singles and couples working in or visiting the area. Located on the edge of West Swindon it's quiet setting has the advantage of pubs, shops and restaurants close-by but with access to the countryside/amenities of the neighbouring villages. Situated in a convenient location in Swindon for M4 Jct 16, links to A419, as well as Swindon train & coach stations.

The space
The room is in the oldest part of the cottage, which dates from 1888. It is the perfect resting place at the end of the day from work or visiting family or from a day's sightseeing; available for professionals, couples or single adults. Situated on the edge of Swindon you have views overlooking the nearby countryside and sun setting in the west.

A former Canal House the retreat encompasses the ground floor, orangeary and garden. The hotub is completely private and you are not visible while in it. The hot tub is exclusive for the Hottub Retreat and you have your own private entrance.

You can access the retreat through it's private entrance at the rear of the property. The retreat is accessed from Erin Court. After the big white house but before the semi detatched houses. Look for the gravel :D
