Signet is a small hamlet filled with Cotswold stone houses. Surrounding us are a range of country walks venturing through fields and streams.
Accessed by a five-minute drive is the Cotswold town of Burford, where there is free parking available. The town contains many independent cafes and bakeries - perfect for breakfast or lunch - and pubs and restaurants for dinner or takeaways!
The space
Your stay will be in one room, with an attached ensuite.
Towels will be provided.
The room will have a kettle, mugs and glasses, a selection of teas, coffee and milk (dairy and GF oat milk).
There is an inside dining table for two as well as an outside table and chairs.

The Dacha has everything : peace and comfort for two adults with its own garden, fire pit & evening access to a hot tub in a pretty private courtyard next to the main house (6-10pm). Eat at the fabulous Three Horseshoes gastropub (two minutes' walk) or have a beer and stock up at Jeremy Clarkson's new pub and farm shop, The Farmer's Dog (fifteen minutes' walk). Easy access to famous Cotswold villages as well as Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford, Oxford and Blenheim. High-speed wifi throughout.

The Dacha is tucked away in a rural and peaceful location and sits in the grounds of our Cotswold stone house with its own entrance, garden and terrace. Our friendly labradors are keen to say hello!
Ideally located as a perfect base to explore the Cotswolds with lots of good pubs, restaurants, places to walk and Cotwold towns to explore, Burford high street is a short 5-10 minute drive away.
A private space, light and airy, every window has a green view. Comfortable beds, squashy sofas, underfloor heating and beautiful lighting welcome you. Retreat in style when you've done walking or sightseeing. A stylish shower room and an open-plan kitchen make the space practical as well as cosy. Under the pergola in the private garden there is a table and chairs with a fire pit nearby. The sofa on the verandah gets the morning sun and is the ideal place to sit with your coffee and listen to the birds. Sunloungers and extra towels are provided from April-September. As a luxury retreat for two it is ideal. We regret the dacha is not suitable for babies, children or pets.

The hot tub is for your exclusive use every evening 6-10pm. It is in a pretty courtyard next to the main house approx 50 meters from your front door. Cosy Soho House gowns are provided - bring flip flops. There are 2 designated parking spots on the drive a few meters from the dacha. Unless you are keen cyclists you will need a car.

Stunning house in the heart of the Cotswolds, set in the rolling countryside and an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’.
Enjoy peace and tranquillity whilst at the same time just a short walk from Burford, nominated by Forbes as the 6th most idyllic place to live in Europe, with fabulous shops & restaurants.
Whilst a special place for all, we are particularly in tune with families' needs. The house is set in two acres with swings, a trampoline & even chickens. Come and unwind with us!

The house has all the expected amenities, including private parking for 3 guest cars, plus a few nice to have extras, ranging from freshly laid eggs to a dedicated place in our field to have a camp fire to smart TV (with the entertainment and sports channels included) in front of a wood burning stove. The house benefits from a ground source heat pump and runs 100% on renewable energy. And yes... we have super fast broadband (up to 300 mbps). For anything else - including baby sitting - let us know and we'll try to assist!
