A small detached studio/annex, in the picturesque village of Bushley, ideal location for anyone looking to have a short break in the countryside just 1.5 miles from the old market town of Tewkesbury and only 20 minutes from Cheltenham so perfect for a weekend at the races. Plenty of stunning rural locations to be explored nearby, with easy access to the beautiful Malvern hills, fantastic for cycling and hiking

The space
The property is detached from ours but the driveway is shared (don't worry there's plenty of parking!). Perfect for couples, 3 singles or families with younger children as there is a queen sofa bed downstairs that sleeps 2 and upstairs 2 single beds that clip together to make a roomy king, with luxury bedding and towels supplied. The inside is simply furnished, clean bright and open plan.

The Studio is an open plan space, the stairs lead to the mesne style sleeping area which accommodates two single beds which can be joined to make a luxurious superking

Our guest house is set in it's own garden on our family farm, with beautiful views of Bredon hill and surrounding Gloucestershire countryside. There are three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a sitting/living room. There is a small kitchenette in the main living area, with fridge, oven, hobs, and sink. This allows guests to make their own light meals and hot drinks. Guest have use of a patio with seating, outside fire and hot tub. The pool is available 9am- 5pm August and early September only.

The space
With it's own private garden, hot tub and glorious countryside views, the guesthouse at Doe Bank is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. We have two pubs just a miles walk from the farm. There are many footpaths across the surrounding countryside making us a good base for walking. We are close to the pretty Cotswold towns of Winchcombe, Stow-on-the Wold and Broadway. The Regency town of Cheltenham, with its shops, bars, restaurants and famous Cheltenham racecourse is just 7 miles from us.

Guest access
The guesthouse, with its three bedrooms, three shower rooms, sitting room with kitchenette, is a detached building with ample private parking. The owners live in the farm house opposite so are on hand to give assistance if needed, but guest have the privacy and independence to come and go as they wish.

Other things to note
The guesthouse is situated on a farm at the end of a no through road, the pretty village of Great Washbourne consists of a few houses and an interesting church. The closest village shop is about 1 mile from us . There are two garages within 5 mins drive, selling fuel and basic foods. Being in the countryside there is no street lighting, however there are security lights that will come on to help you if arriving after dark.
