The staff in partucular were wonderful, professional, everyone was kind and helpful throughout. We decided to do the breakfast and both the atmosphere and food were great, lots of high quality options and it was quiet and relaxed, would definitely recommend. We also did afternoon tea in the late afternoon and I think the main thing to take away is that the Randolph came across as both classy, high end and 5 star, but also has a relaxed and calm social atmosphere. We were never rushed and the staff gave just the right amount of attention, any need they were happy to accommodate. In general I would struggle to find any negative about the stay, it was fantastic. The room was nice but had issues the flickering lights and the bathroom definitely needs an extraction fan and full glass door on the shower. The water splashes all over the floor and the condensation soaked everything and dripped off the wall. The pool facilities closed very early and earlier tha advertised.
