Bearing in mind plans are ahead to knock the hotel down in September and build a spa and camping pods, it’s not surprising walls haven’t been painted and it has an “unloved” look about it. The surroundings were terrific, former golf course had been left to “go wild”, 5 or 6 natural ponds and acres of land to walk round. Hope they don’t spoil it by development."
