The space
The Green Room - Light Airy Double bedroom on first floor with en-suite shower/loo. [See seperate listing for The Attic Suite - King size bedroom on top floor with private bathroom (no shower).] There is Wi-Fi in both rooms as well as Television with DVD.

Guest access
Guests have access to the Dining Room as well as their own room . There is a small courtyard if people want to smoke (No smoking allowed in the house). Guests can explore the gardens where there are various benches to relax on fine days.

Brand new to Airbnb in April 2024, SmaHus (small house in Swedish) is a gorgeous, 'little house' with its own entrance and free parking on the driveway. Tucked away down the side of the main house is the entrance, where you will open onto a covered inside/outside area for exercise or relaxing in the shade during your stay. As you open the door into the property, you'll see the stylish decor and brightly lit living space providing a warm welcome. Bifold doors open to a private and well maintained garden. During your stay you are welcome to use the shared garden space and patio with comfy outdoor sofa. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Guest access
Guests can use SmaHus and the shared garden space. There is a covered, secure outdoor area upon entry that is perfect for bike storage and can be used by children to play even in the rain. There is a hammock swing chair in this area too that you are welcome to use.

Other things to note
There is a full sized counter fridge (I provide milk), glasses of multiple varieties (for fizz, cocktails or juices) and a welcome hamper with teas, coffees and biscuits for your stay. There is a smart speaker for your listening pleasure and a flat screen for your viewing pleasure. You're welcome to use the yoga mat in the relaxation deck.
