As we are only 5 minutes away from Lasham Airfield, the property is in Burkham, its ideal for contractors working on Lasham Airfield. I used to work there myself and have been hosting for 8 years.

This is a welcoming home in a quiet cul-de-sac off the vibrant Cliffe High street, 2 minutes walk from the beautiful South Downs. A second, larger, double room is available "Large Sunny Room with Cliffe View". These rooms share a bathroom. There is a seperate loo. You can also book the attic room which has an ensuite - Castle View, a green sanctuary. Also the whole house "Charming Victorian Terraced House", sleeps 6 can be rented. Free Parking available and continental breakfast provided.

The space
The double room includes a very comfortable small double bed, desk with mirror, chest of drawers and hanging space. It overlooks some beautiful, scented, pink roses. There is another larger double room available on Airbnb, "Large Sunny Room with Cliffe View", see other listing. Normally during the Summer months there is a two night minimum stay at weekends. The beds are very comfortable and I only use 100% cotton sheets. There is a shared bathroom for the 2 rooms with a bath/shower/sink and a separate loo and sink. Just shared between the two rooms ( though often, especialy in water months only on of the rooms are booked.) So far no problems with sharing!
There is also an attic room with ensuite listed as Castle View (just!) a green sanctuary.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the bathroom, shower and separate loo. Also the kitchen, living room and beautiful secluded garden. They are welcome to play the piano in the living room or sit by the log fire in the winter. There is access to Wi Fi internet included. Also tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. Continental breakfast included with cereal, toast, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Gluten free diets provided for also, if requested.

During your stay
I am happy to be of help and answer any questions or give advice on walks, restaurants or places to visit in Lewes and the surrounding area. My cat, Freya, will also welcome you warmly. I can provide guided walks (including walking with Alexander Technique and Alexander technique on its own) for a small additional fee. I also do massage and reflexology.

Other things to note
Unfortunately I know longer have dear Freya the cat but i now have Esme who is black and white kitten.. I can provide parking parking permits when needed. Also I am a qualified Aromatherapist/ Reflexologist, Alexander Teacher so you can let me know if you would like to book a treatment. I have a treatment room in the garden.

Quiet garden self-contained studio in pretty cottage garden near the sea. Double bed with comfy Silentnight mattress and en-suite wet-room. Microwave, mini fridge, toaster, kettle & sink. The space
Our cost self-contained studio is situated at the bottom of a pretty cottage garden with its own entrance & private parking on the rear driveway. It was purpose built in the same style as our 1891 flint stone and brick terraced cottage. It’s fully double glazed with 2 Velux roof windows for lots of light. The walls and floor are fully insulated to comply with housing regulations.

It's a lovely little guest suite for 2 guests (no children or infants) with lots of extras to make life easier - microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses & bottle opener.

All toiletries and cleaning products used are eco-friendly and we even provide an “Emergency Only” bag for when you forget your toothbrush!

Our unique setting in the semi-rural seafront village of Rottingdean, just 15 minutes drive (or by easy public transport) from the exciting seaside city of Brighton & Hove, makes it the perfect quiet getaway, whilst being close to all the city action!

The garden cottage and terrace are for your sole use. The garden is not part of the listing but we welcome dogs on leads to use it for toilet needs 😀

Dogs: We love dogs but do ask they keep their paws on the floors ,not on the bed and that you clean up any dog mess.Unfortunately as we have rabbits and a nervous dog, we can’t allow other dogs to run loose in the garden.

The Pump House has immediate access to footpaths and bridleways with views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to explore the Sussex countryside. One mile from the pretty village of West Chiltington with its church, pub and stores and a short distance from the South Downs. Places to visit include Arundel, RSPB Pulborough Brooks, Parham House, 'Glorious' Goodwood , vineyard tours/wine tasting and the rewilding at Knepp Castle.

The space
The Pump House is a cosy self-contained rural outbuilding built almost a century ago with its own private entrance, garden and parking for one car. There is a patio area with view across fields.

Meadow View is a newly converted guest house on the edge of Lewes, by the South Downs.

This is also popular with people coming to work or visit friends with easy free parking, it's own separate entrance and is completely self contained.

The space
This is a private guest house next to my house with your own entrance and with access to my large garden and lovely views across the downs.

The space itself is compact but well laid out and includes a small en-suite bathroom containing a shower, toilet and sink. It also has a new kitchen, breakfast bar and a comfy sofa bed which will already be made up into a bed for your first night.

You also have your own decking area outside with direct access to the garden, the woods and the river and fields beyond.

Please note due to the limited space, the maximum amount of guests is limited to two. (Babies and small toddlers can be provided for with a cot bed)

This compact guesthouse is situated directly next to my house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Free parking on my driveway or the street.

You have your own entrance with a key safe to let yourself in any time you arrive.
There is outside seated decking area which is situated alongside my garden. Access to the walk at the end of the garden which leads directly into woods, open fields and the river Ouse.

Please note there are ten steps down from the pavement to the guest house, one step within the place and a further six steps from the decking to the garden.

Breakfast is not provided although there will be tea and coffee available for you to make with milk in the fridge.
Strictly no dogs as we have two very friendly cats who’ll say hello and will fully expect you to watch them wrestle.

A self-contained studio in Firle Village, with king size double bed and en-suite shower room. The studio is 3 miles from Glyndebourne and a short walking distance to Firle Place for weddings.

Charleston, the South Downs Way, Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne are easily accessible. Glynde Station is 25 minutes walk.

The space
The studio is located in the host's garden in the beautiful village of Firle, under the South Downs, next door to Firle Shop and Post Office, and four minutes walk from Firle Church, Firle Park, Firle Place and Firle Riding School which is a popular venue for weddings. The Ram Inn, a couple of minutes walk away, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many lovely walks in the area; maps are provided. The studio is next door to Firle Post Office & Stores.

The space is a self contained garden studio, for up to two people, with comfy king sized bed, sofa and armchair, workspace for laptop, shower room, up to date glossy mags, and a table and chairs outside for your sole use. Please note there is no kitchen although we have provided a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, wine glasses and a picnic basket containing plates, knives and forks, bottle opener and napkins.

There is space for a travel cot.

The studio is well insulated, with plenty of windows, so is cool in the hot weather and warm in the winter.

Hand sanitisers are provided.

Guests will have sole use of the studio and the garden furniture on the patio outside.

We do not provide breakfast but there are tea and coffee making facilities in the studio. The Ram Inn, which is 3 minutes walk away, serves a delicious breakfast.

Parking is free on the street. Please do not park in the lane outside the house.

If you are bringing a dog PLEASE keep it on a lead in the village, in the park, on the downs and in the garden.

If you are walking to Firle Place for a wedding, turn left out of the gate down The Dock to the gate at the bottom. You will see Firle Place on your right. Follow the path. The walk takes 10 minutes. Bring a torch for the return walk.

This brick and flint barn has been converted to a smart modern annex separate to our house. Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits.

A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. Coffee (Nespresso machine) and tea, bread and jams included.

The space
A really comfortable home from home, this annex is self contained with all modern amenities.

A really comfortable double bed with ensuite shower room and toilet, with toiletries provided. We have recently installed blackout blinds to the skylights in the bedroom, these are remotely controlled so you can choose to look up at the stars or get a really dark room for a great night's sleep. We are lucky enough to live in a village with very little light pollution so the night sky can be absolutely stunning!

There is a spacious living area, with a full kitchen so you can cook your own breakfast or an evening meal. Coffee/tea and the ingredients for toast and jam are provided to get you started. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, nespresso machine and washing machine.

There is a dining area, as well as sofas to snuggle up on in front of the log burning stove. Free wifi. TV with amazon firestick and DVD player. Logs and kindling are provided.

Some maps and walking books are kept in the annex to give you some ideas of where to enjoy the beautiful countryside.

You have full access to the annex which is separate from the main house, with it's own front door. There is a walk up a pathway to reach it from the parking space.

You have access to a courtyard area with BBQ, chairs and a table, table tennis table also available on request.

Please note that we have 2 friendly dogs and 3 inquisitive cats (which are not allowed in the annex!)

Happy to accommodate babies and young children under 3. We can provide a travel cot but we don't have a high chair.

An en-suite log cabin set in a wildlife garden next to a Cherry tree, quiet allotment & cycle path. 15 mins walk from the sea / river + 5 mins walk from a mainline station to Gatwick / London.
Equally lovely in winter or summer the sun warms the log walls with electric radiators adding a snug feel to this special retreat. The kitchenette has an oven and 2 plate hob + Panasonic CT54 Slimline Combination Microwave Oven & Grill with Turntable, 27 Litres, 1000W Power.

The space
This is a one room wooden cabin with a kitchenette and bathroom. The sofa pulls out into a comfortable King size bed with all bedding provided for you to make up. The smell of the logs is what most people first notice but can easily be ruined if you use heavy perfume so we’d be grateful if it’s kept to a minimum.

The whole cabin is yours alone with a secluded outside eating area in a beautiful garden. There is a side entrance with a key to the gate so you can come and go independently.

Other things to note
This cabin is ideal for those who want a more unusual stay. There isn’t a television and if you like you can turn yourself off and rest completely although internet is available. It has the added peace of being near the sea, a beautiful river and quaint small town with a Norman church at its centre, many eating places, The Ropetackle Arts Centre and much more. And Brighton is 15 mins on the train. A great place to be.
Please note self check in with the key safe is only possible if we’ve had Air B&B testimonials from other hosts but I love welcoming people personally. Recycling is encouraged.

The Vale House is a converted stable yard and offers 5 newly developed flexible & stylish lodges which can be booked as a whole or individually.
You’ll love the place because of the super comfy beds, proffessionally laundered bedding, free wifi, private bathrooms, flat screen tvs and hospitality trays in each room.

The space
These boutique bedrooms are set in a converted stable yard. Although the buildings date back as far as 1895, the rooms have been recently created and contain everything you'll need for a pleasant short stay including flat screen tv, wifi and tea and coffee making facilities.

Holly Lodge boasts a bright and airy bedroom with vaulted ceilings and traditional painted beams.

There is a comfortable double bed with hospitality tray, bathroom with shower to the rear and seating area at the window with bar stools to enjoy a hot drink.

Please note that we are about three miles outside Lewes, so if booking for LEWES BONFIRE CELEBRATIONS, the price includes a lift to and from the nearest drop off point , from where you need to walk to the town centre - there is no public transport on that night and cars are not able to drive into or out of Lewes., from approx 4pm till 2am the following day.

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station.

Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

The space
The cottage is within a secure and gated property with parking and extensive grounds. Features include: central heating, log burning stove, TV (including sky movies/sports), wifi, King sized bed with luxury bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and washing machine, a shower room, private patio and lovely decked area off the bedroom and small secure garden with table and chairs. We offer use of our tennis court and you can enjoy a hot tub.
