- "With a group of six, including a child and a teenager, we spent almost two weeks in this house. The rooms are well arranged. An extra bed (at extra cost) simplifies the layout. The living room and kitchen are very large and appropriate for the number of people. Everything in the house is as described and the photos are also very accurate and up-to-date. A little more care with the dusting in the bedrooms might be good and one or the other piece of cutlery needs to be replaced. All in all, you will find what you need here and the communication with Martin is very accurate, fast and friendly. On arrival there was a nice welcome pack in the fridge and even more towels were brought as quickly as possible. We would also recommend the house because of the excellent location (really only five minutes walk to the station). However, you can hardly hear the railway line and the residential area is very quiet and clean. You can find everything you need in the small supermarket opposite on the main road, without having to go to a larger grocery store. The local delivery services (especially Tops Pizza) were also good and reliable. For ourselves, we would choose it again for a stay anytime."

Welcome to our stunning new 1-bedroom annexe- flat . Whether you are coming for business, vacation or family visits this stylish boutique flat is just a 3 mins walk to Ewell East Station, making commuting into Central London convenient. Nonsuch park and the lovely restaurants in Ewell Village are a pleasant short walk away. The famous Epsom Derby is just a 5 minute drive away.
The flat has it's own private entrance. It has a hob, microwave , washing machine, fridge & superfast broadband.
The annexe is a private ground floor flat attached to our home with it's own entrance. Check yourself in easily with a keypad entry on the gate and a key in a keysafe by the flat door.
The annexe is newly renovated to a high standard, and is set out as a one bedroom flat with an open plan kitchen diner, with private entrance to the side of our family home . There is an allocated workspace making this flat super convenient if you are here on business.
The kitchen has an electric hob, microwave , washer dryer, fridge and all the crockery and pots n pans you need to make you feel at home away from home!
The bathroom has a Hansgrohe shower and a bidet toilet. The sofa opens up to a sofa bed, incase you want to sleep separately.
There is on street free parking available all day EXCEPT from 11am-Noon on Modays to Fridays.
Saturday and Sunday parking is completely free.
There are a few free spaces on nearby Arundle road too.

the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied

The house is a typical Surrey chalet style semi detached. Two of my great loves inspired how the house evolved - reading and the Mediterranean. In contrast, the walls of the sun room fold back to create a covered balcony to enjoy the fresh air, watch the birds, the quiet garden, or a (louder) barbeque. The space is there for you to choose after a hard day at work or sight seeing in nearby London.

It is a 10 minute walk from Stoneleigh station with connections to Wimbledon, Central London or Guildford. There are bus stops nearby to Epsom, Kingston and Sutton. By car you can reach the M25 (junction 10) in 15 minutes.

The annexe is attached to the side of the main property. The space has a double bedroom and a separate kitchen/dining place. A fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and even a rice cooker is available for your use. We allow only one free wash in the washing machine per week any extra is £2 per wash. This is for ecological reasons. Washing liquid for clothes or dishes not provided.
We also provide tea, coffee and sugar along with a small start up kit that includes breakfast essentials and fruit. Home away from home!

There is a separate entrance to the property. We have an emergency door fitted between the main property and the space which is always LOCKED. FREE Parking available on the drive way. A table and chairs have been provided outside for use, weather permitting.
Other things to note
The place is cleaned every Saturday for stays of two weeks of more at an agreed time. Where this is not possible bed sheets and towels are given instead.
