A few shops and a supermarket was 5 mins walk. Very close to Kew Gardens. Final e mail gave us clear instructions how to collect key and how to find room, and this was easy to follow. Was very happy with stay and would visit again. Only thing was that we couldn’t lock room properly when inside, as it wasn’t working so we had to use security chain instead."
