Jossie's Snug – Is only available min 2 x night stay at weekends/1 x night stays during the week - It is an attached guest suite to the main house, with EV charging (£25 additional cost per charge) and its own private entrance with key safe, boasting a private secure courtyard garden suitable for pets (£40 additional cost per pet per stay) complete with Log fired hot tub (£60 additional cost per stay per week) NB - Please note it takes 2-3hrs to fully heat the hot tub, provided you follow my detailed instructions, and the fire is properly/regularly maintained! All materials required are provided, the 2nd day only requires 1hr of heating. It's well worth the effort and wait! The suite features a double ensuite bedroom with Smart TV, a selection of board games and a kitchen with double sofa bed (£40 additional cost per person per night) ideally suitable for two children. There's a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave/combi oven, hob and dishwasher. As well as the private garden there’s shared use of the filtered, spring fed, 30m x 8m natural swimming lake. The historic village of Bletchingley is a 15 min walk, which boasts 3 pubs, a coffee shop, a convenience store and a few independent stores, Godstone is a 30min walk or 5min drive with similar amenities and great eateries.

There are mainline train stations to London from Redhill and Oxted each taking approx. 35mins, you can travel to Gatwick and Brighton from Redhill.
Gatwick is 30mins by car.

Coldharbour Farm is truly a unique gem, nestling on the southern edge of the Greensand Ridge, in a tranquil and peaceful setting, with far reaching uninterrupted southerly views, across the AONB, on the outskirts of the historic village of Bletchingley. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. There are great walks and on/off road bike rides in all directions, taking in breathtaking countryside, outstanding pubs, restaurants and places of interest. Or just simply relax at home, sun bathe and swim in the lake, naturally heated to 20-25 degrees June-September!
The house/gardens are great for entertaining, or as a quick get away for the family from the city, with fantastic transport links.
Coldharbour farm is roughly 15mins walking distance from Bletchingley village centre, which boasts 3 x gastro pubs, a coffee shop, a village store, a golf club and a few independent stores. Godstone is 30mins walk with similar facilities.
Redhill/Reigate and Oxted are both 15mins drive or 20mins by bus from Bletchingley centre. They both have great bars, restaurants, cinemas, high street stores and small independents. Central London is 35 mins by train from either Oxted or Redhill. Gatwick is 25 mins by car. Brighton is 1 hour by car. Close to Redhill town centre and railway station. Gatwick Airport is a 10 minute train journey, and central London is 30-40 minutes.

This is a family house and you will be sharing with your hosts Katie and Alaster, and our cat Lyra.

The room is decorated to a high standard, with lots of thoughtful touches with your comfort in mind, including a desk, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer and clothes steamer.

The room is quiet, spacious and bright, with a lovely view out onto the garden. On the walls are colourful paintings by my father, Geoffrey Pimlott. The desk is a perfect spot if you need to work, or you can relax in the comfy reading corner.

The shared bathroom is bright and modern and we provide fresh towels and toiletries in your room. The bathroom is cleaned after each use.

Redhill is well served with transport links to London, Gatwick and the south coast. The town also has easy access to the North Downs Way and the Surrey Hills, with stunning walks in easy reach.

The space
Our spacious Victorian house has a peaceful garden and is situated in the quiet village of Outwood.

The twin/triple room is on the first floor; the adjacent shared bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and wc.

Guest access
Dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, and use of garden. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor pool when available during summer months. You are welcome to use space in the fridge and freezer, and make use of the kitchen when available, for cooking meals or hot drinks.

Our standard check-in time is 6:00pm but if you need an earlier check-in or wish to be a 'day guest' then please contact us.

During your stay
We can give advice on places to visit in the area, and local walks and cycle rides.

Other things to note
There is ample parking on our large driveway; you can leave your car with us while you are away for a small fee, and subject to availability.


There is little public transport to or from the village of Outwood itself.

We have two cats but they do not usually go in the bedrooms

this is a family friendly and peaceful spacious house that is at Redhill town centre just 5 minutes walk to the Redhill train station and 3 minutes walk to Redhill bus station 5 minutes train of about £5 to Gatwick Airport, 25 minutes bus for £3 to Gatwick airport and also 15 minutes by taxi to Gatwick airport, spacious enough to conveniently accommodate 6 to 7 people in the 3 specious bedrooms, about 6 minutes by bus to east Surrey hospital and about 25 minutes by train to central London

this rooms are spacious enough to accommodate up to 3 people in the 2 biggest rooms but currently have king size beds for 2 guests each meaning that if you want you to 3 people in each room, you must let me know so as to provide additional matrass for better comfort to everyone
