Upon arrival our 2 suitcases were taken upstairs for us and we took our other bags even though we were told they would take them up for us. I think I can safely say the only thing we did not like is the little fan we had which now that I think about it we should have asked for another one which I am sure they would have given us so this is on us. All in all we enjoyed our "home away from home apartment" and would stay there again."

Also an extra sofa bed taking up most of the space in the lounge area. The place was being used to store excess furniture. At the kitchen island there were four chairs rather than stools which made it unusable for eating at or working at. Bed linen was clean but pillow cases and duvet cover all came from different sets. When I have called and written to complain I have received no acknowledgement or response. "

- "Great apartment, just like the pictures. Central location, you can get to London quickly. The owner is very hospitable and accommodating. Very good communication." - "Great time… Great apartment…Enjoyed to the fullest" - "We had so many issues with this rental. The biggest issue was NO HOT WATER for 3 of the 4 days of our stay due to the boiler breaking. The sofa had 2 cushions turned over as one was dirty and badly stained the other had 2 cigarette burns despite the apartment being smoke free. The deck outside had a tile broken as the tiles weren't placed on a flat surface and a caution sign on the door not to go out there. There were black scuffs on the walls and the fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, despite the owner saying they were regularly cleaned and the seal on the fridge door was hanging off. Watch out for hidden costs, we were charged an additional amount as apparently we had an extra person staying we had 4 people and there were 2 double beds and four place settings/seats at the table. How does this equate to an extra person? There is no parking other than a week day daily fee car park about 3 mins walk from the apartment. I would NOT recommend staying here. The only positive thing I can say is the host was good with being reachable."

Hob did not work and dishwasher and washing machine needed maintenance to avoid being dangerous. Every mug was chipped and all the crockery, glasses and cutlery were odd. I've got a good Single room available it’s a terraced House with 4 Rooms all rooms is for Airbnb guests with shared kitchen and bathroom in a clean and tidy home comes with internet access ,TV in the room. You will be staying in our cute and cosy, bright little room overlooking huge sunny gardens. The cushy reflex foam bed sleeps one person and is called a "Petite Double" as it's wider than a single but slightly smaller than a small double. (Exact mattress size is 106cm wide x 175cm long for any requiring this info).

There is a tram stop at the back of the house. The place is very central via the tram connection you can get to Wimbledon, East Croydon, West Croydon or Mitcham junction which will lead you to CENTRAL in London within 30 to 40 minutes.
I have lived in this area for many years and can provide you with information and guidance during your stay in London.
There is a parking space in the courtyard. You also have internet access . Clean bed linen and fresh towels are provided. There is laundry facility, ironing and hair dryer. The bathroom is next to your room.

The room provides an ideal space for the short stay traveller having everything needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. keys are provided for access to and from the property and room. Room size appx. 2.5 square meters. Maximum bed length 6.4 feet. Maximum bed weight 15 stones (95 Kg's). There are two windows in the room a small upper window and a larger lower window both windows are lockable and ventable. There are also six power sockets in the room two with USB sockets.

Guest access
All guests have access to the shared bathroom, dining area and kitchen. Use of the kitchen and the dining area is permitted until 10pm. After 10pm these areas are not to be used until breakfast. Any clothes washing or cooking must be completed before this time.

Other things to note
Prospective guests must be able to live independently and must also be considerate and respectful to adjoining neighbours and the house mates shearing the property. Front door and room door keys are provided. There is a quiate time policy which operates from 10pm to 7am. Any one coming into the property after 10pm must be considerate of others in the house that may be sleeping at this time. Mobile phone notification sounds must be placed on silent during the quiate time period. No visitors are permitted in the property at any time.
