After telephoning and eventually getting through after four times, I was told the keycode the the building but the key to my apartment was hidden under the main building door mat because my apartment keypad was not working.... Giving how amazing the apartment was I was very disappointed with the poor communication that I received to have to get into the apartment. I did not want to ring and chase people, especially after a long haul flight. Other then the poor check-in and communication, my stay was fantastic and would stay again if only the check-in and communication improved."

Also a little welcome guide telling you of convenience stores around etc. Besides that, everything was great. Clean, the staff are available on the phone, secure and nice.
