My room cards had to be re-issued on the first night to ensure they were valid for two nights, but then on day 2, they didn't work and had to be replaced a third time. Despite the email from The Wolfpack Inn offering an official receipt on request, I have still been unable to obtain one after asking several times in the Inn and by email - to no avail. Oh, and watch your feet/legs, as the dark bed frames merge into the room - ouch! The staff on site were friendly enough and there was a great range of beers, but sadly that does not make up for the lack of organisation/professionalism on the booking/invoice front."
